急遽、宿泊となりましたが清潔な部屋でありベッドも寝心地が良かったです。

枕と室内着が臭かった。
カウンターでスタッフが受付してくれたけど、チェックインは機械を案内された。朝食付きで予約したと思っていたが特に案内もなく、聞くタイミングを逸したまま諦めた。

お風呂のバスタブ掃除されて無いのか湯アカが着いてました。床も黒カビが気になりました。

宇都宮駅が目の前で動きやすく便利です。
スタッフの方も親切だし、快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

あえて言うなら機械式駐車場に入る際、すごい大雨で、濡れたくないものを持っていたので、ホテル入口までの間大きい屋根を備えてくれていたら良かったかなと思います。
