Very good value.
Pros:

Old hotel. Cheap. But really good value. Bed was comfy like any new 4 stars hotel. It has a bathtub as well. Staffs were nice. Massage service was very good. Reception responsed very fast to my request. Breakfast was so so but good enough, I had worst at so called 5 stars hotel in Nha Trang.
Location is great, within walking distance, you have supermarket, cho Dam (street food), the beach, and the local airport shuttle service.

Cons:

The elevators, there were 3 but they operate independent of each other so you may as well press all 3 call buttons and hope for the best.
The massage is kinda hard to find since its underground which can only be accessed by stairs.
Hot water took forever to come out. Im sure nobody shower at 5am like me.

Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле 10 лет назад, решили и в этот раз поехать сюда же. Как будто перенеслись назад во времени, отель с того времени подустал, раньше завтраки были роскошные, а теперь сильно поужались. Но отличное расположение и чистота никуда не делись, и персонал очень внимательный.

Cons:

В номере очень неудачное расположение кондиционера, он дует прямо на кровать. Окна во время дождя подтекают. Постельное белье за две недели не меняли ни разу. На завтрак если приходить позже 8 часов выбор блюд крайне скудный, а даже если раньше, то каждый день примерно один и тот же набор продуктов.
