Pros:

El personal sin duda, la apariencia del hotel y la piscina. Era un hotel muy cuidado.

Cons:

Nos quedamos dos noche y el desayuno apenas varió. Nos gustaría que hubiera más variedad de comida.
Uno de los motivos por los que contratamos el hotel era que nos incluida un trayecto al aeropuerto, y a la hora de irnos y solicitar el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto nos dijeron que solo era para recogidas, por lo que no pudimos aprovecharlo y tuvimos que pagarlo aparte.

Pros:

Value for what you pay. Easy access to ubud. The staff at the restaurant "Boys" are very humble and professional, and they treat you well. The chef is exceptional, and the food for lunch and dinner was very tasty and fresh.

Cons:

Breakfast offered the same menu every day.

Cons:

LES PHOTOS DES CHAMBRES SUPÉRIEURES SONT MENSONGÈRES.
Grandes, sombres, dénudées, humides, malodorantes et decrepies.
Les meubles sont vieux et abimés et peu nombreux sans déco.
Rien à voir avec les photos. Publicité mensongère.
On nous a changé de chambre après que nous ayons signifié notre mécontentement. Celle-ci était un peu mieux mais très très humide.
Nous sommes 1 semaine que nous avions payé en avance sinon nous serions partis.
Autre point important à noter. LE PETIT-DÉJEUNER EST TOUS LES JOURS INDIEN. J'avoue que ce fut compliqué pour moi.
