Prijs, zwembad, grote hotelkamer met echt heerlijke bedden.
Locatie, was onhandig voor taxi om je op te halen, maar met scooter ging het perfect.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Abendessen war lecker.
Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Instandhaltung findet nicht sichtbar statt. Kleinigkeiten, wie eine defekte Toilettenbrille oder ein lockeres Schließblech an der Eingangstür oder eine leere Batterie im Safe könnte man im Handumdrehen beheben, werden jedoch nicht umgesetzt. Das Frühstück war allenfalls ok. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aber die Auswahl sehr gering und ohne Abwechslung. Der Pool an sich war ok, aber rundherum war das Pooldeck kaputt und es gab überall lose Steine und Bretter. Das Enttäuschendste war jedoch das Zimmer. Es gab scheinbar einen Wasserschaden, der nicht behoben wurde. Wände quellen auf, es riecht unangenehm und das Bad war schlichtweg eine Katastrophe. Nicht ausreichend gereinigt, es gab Schimmel und eklige gelbe Flecken. Mit einer gründlichen Reinigung könnte man einiges bewirken, aber ohne Instandhaltung wird daraus keine Wohlfühloase. Sorry, aber wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen.

We arrived at 2am in the morning, asked to produce passports instead of saying we will catch up in the morning once you have rested. as we had already paid for the room.
Locatie
De kamer was zoals omschreven en voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Het personeel verdient zeker een compliment: iedereen was ontzettend aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deden echt hun best om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
Het zwembad is een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Wel zou er wat meer onderhoud mogen plaatsvinden, maar we hebben er zeker van genoten.
Het ontbijt vonden wij helaas erg beperkt en had wat meer variatie mogen bieden.
Het grootste aandachtspunt is de badkamer. Deze was duidelijk niet goed schoon: de voegen waren vergeeld en er was schimmel aanwezig. Ook hing er een onaangename geur en waren er veel mieren. Dit deed afbreuk aan het verder prettige verblijf.
Met beter onderhoud en extra aandacht voor de hygiëne van de badkamer zou deze accommodatie veel beter tot zijn recht komen.

Menu breakfastnya membosankan, kami menginap 4 malam tapi setiap hari warm breakfastnya selalu makanan india, sebaiknya diselang seling dengan makanan lokal indonesia, krn tamunya juga dari lokal, western lebih banyak daripada tamu indianya, jadi kami setiap pagi hanya makan telur, roti & buah saja
Hôtel très beau, piscine magnifique et très agréable , nous avons très bien mangé le soir . Ils offrent un massage de 10 min par client qui est très agréable . Personnel très gentil
La saleté des draps et du linge de toilette , c est dommage

The hotel was close to the centre of Ubud which was great! About 15 minutes in a car, this was the best part of the stay!
Our room wasn't clean, and the quality wasn't as described or as shown on the pictures. The hotel looks more dated compared to the pictures.

Nothing really. It’s small and cozy
Clean, beautiful relax location near Ubud. The pool and the garden was amazing to relax. Also the welcome massage was really appreciated.

When we arrived, the floors were still wet from being cleaned, and the bathroom looked very disappointing. There was even a dead cockroach on the floor. The bathroom needs to be improved, as it does not look like the photos.
The beds were very uncomfortable, and every small movement caused them to squeak loudly. It made everyone hesitant to move during the night because it would wake the others. Every morning at 7:00 a.m., someone swept outside our room, and because the front door was not soundproof at all, the noise woke all of us up.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful property tucked away from the noise. Extremely spacious rooms. Instant hot water for shower.

Ambience, pool , room space
Had booked a deluxe room as it was offering 1 single and 1 double bed however upon reaching , reception couldn't find my booking in their daily guest check in list but later they did. Then starts the misery. To my surprise, I was told the bed option i cose and paid for wasn't available and was offered option with 1 double bed which I refused as I had paid for something more was now was getting less which is cheating. Wasted 35 mins explaining but no use. Manager was called later and she told me exactly same thing. Eventually they understood wat i was trying to say and was offered a family room but not before mentioning thrice that I've been upgraded free of charge which felt like they did a favour , but I accepted. But this wasn't the end. Next day I get a msg from reception that 2 tea cups were missing as housekeeping staff always puts 4 cups and now only 2 were there. Seriously, I mean u could ask ur staff about it but they chose to trust their staff and accused me of stealing 2 cheap tea cups. Had such a wonderful vacation, had really good food but ubud raya hotel spoiled it. Not to mention, food was below average too. Good thing- Restaurant staff was so good and hospitable. Also my booking included one way airport transfer which could be a pick up or drop for which I requested hotel for a drop to the airport but reception staff told me it's only pick up from airport which again is cheating. I paid 300000 idr for cab to airport ,something that was included. I request u to take this up with them and ask for a clarification.
