Ambience, pool , room space
Had booked a deluxe room as it was offering 1 single and 1 double bed however upon reaching , reception couldn't find my booking in their daily guest check in list but later they did. Then starts the misery. To my surprise, I was told the bed option i cose and paid for wasn't available and was offered option with 1 double bed which I refused as I had paid for something more was now was getting less which is cheating. Wasted 35 mins explaining but no use. Manager was called later and she told me exactly same thing. Eventually they understood wat i was trying to say and was offered a family room but not before mentioning thrice that I've been upgraded free of charge which felt like they did a favour , but I accepted. But this wasn't the end. Next day I get a msg from reception that 2 tea cups were missing as housekeeping staff always puts 4 cups and now only 2 were there. Seriously, I mean u could ask ur staff about it but they chose to trust their staff and accused me of stealing 2 cheap tea cups. Had such a wonderful vacation, had really good food but ubud raya hotel spoiled it. Not to mention, food was below average too. Good thing- Restaurant staff was so good and hospitable. Also my booking included one way airport transfer which could be a pick up or drop for which I requested hotel for a drop to the airport but reception staff told me it's only pick up from airport which again is cheating. I paid 300000 idr for cab to airport ,something that was included. I request u to take this up with them and ask for a clarification.
Comfortable beds and quiet place
No one came to welcome us when we arrived.
Room wasn’t the one showed on the photos of bookings.
Booked room pool view and we could barely see it.
Linen wasn’t clean and had holes on one of the bed sheets.
Arrived half an hour before the check in time and they let us have the room (we did not ask to have the room earlier) and pressured us to put a review on their website looking at our phones to make sure it was sent.
Shower head very close to the wall and couldn’t move it.
Packed breakfast as we had to leave before breakfast time and it was barely nothing. Better to get a breakfast outside.
I would personally not stay there again.

Я упала с тренажера, который был неисправен. Будьте аккуратны, в зале практически ничего не работает. Беговая дорожка начала очень быстро разгоняться, это было неожиданно, хорошо, что не сломала ничего, но кожу стесала сильно до крови. Персонал лишь извинился... Завтраки специфические,только для индусов, нашим будет тяжело, выбора нет. Но если вы не привередливый, выбирайте этот отель не пожалеете. Все очень чисто, все рады помочь всегда, общем и целом мне все нравится,останусь еще
The rooms were spacious. The property was good
Bathroom was not in good condition and there was a different kind of smell that kept coming. Breakfast was below average. The food quality and the variety not good. The location is bit inside Ubud.
The staff were very nice.
Lots of noise late into the evening with large groups in communal areas being very disruptive. After some time, staff tried to stop this but were unable to do so because guests refused to listen and continued late into the night (pool and garden areas).
Alittle assistance from the property when asked
Very hesitant to attend to inquires,old place unlike displayed in photos .They said they have a welcome package but actually all is to be reserved a day before ??? Very less breakfast options,noisy at side of the road rooms,no value for money .
Friendly staff, plenty of facilities, pool, gym, spa, restaurant. I had a very comfortable stay
A bit far from centre
An amazing place to stay in Ubud. The free airport pickup was a great bonus, and the breakfast included in the price had a lovely variety. The swimming pool and garden seating area were also very enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone.
A bit of pushing for reviews specially when we checked in and were tired. Staff very humble but I guess they have a pressure of getting reviews. Please do this at check-out instead once the entire experience is over. :-)
