Cons:

Lors de notre arrivé à l’hôtel pour récupérer notre chambre à 14h : la personne de l’accueil nous annonce que notre chambre n’est pas encore prête hors sur le site il est notifier que les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 14h .
Donc mon père et moi même nous sommes aller faire un tour de quartier en attendant que la chambre soit prête ; à 15h nous nous présentons à nouveau à l’accueil de l’hôtel : évidemment la chambre n’était toujours pas prête ; Nous commencions à nous impatienter car nous avons payer pour une chambre disponible à 14h .
La personne de l’accueil dépassée par la situation et par notre mécontentement : elle nous propose d’attendre dans la salle des déjeuner pour nous prévenir de quand notre chambre serait disponible , plus elle nous propose de nous offrir le petit déjeuner pour le matin de notre départ . Pendant ce temps elle appela une personne en urgence pour finir le ménage d’une chambre comme de par hasard…
Également le ménage des chambres n’étant pas finis à temps dans les autres chambres , pas le moindre moyen de se reposer vu les bruits d’aspirateur incessants jusqu’à 16h30

Et bien évidemment pour terminer notre superbe séjour dans votre établissement :
Nous avons eu la magnifique surprise de voir que pendant notre absence ce matin de l’hôtel : à notre arrivée à notre chambre ; la chambre était ouverte , une femme de ménage déjà prête à cesser la chambre pour une nouvelle réservation ; en sachant que nos affaires personnelles était bien évidemment encore dans la chambre à ce moment là

An older and clean comfy hotel a few minutes from the train stations
Pros:

It's an older hotel a few minutes from the Flandres train station in a quiet street directly facing the beautiful and historic Saint Maurice church which was a good place for quiet escape from the busy city. Although a bit worn, the common areas and room were all clean. The elevator was tiny but very welcome. The bed and duvet were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. On the edge of the old town, there are plenty of pedestrian-only streets full of shops and restaurants and the art museum and town square were only a short walk away. A good bakery was next door. This place is a great value.

Simpel, maar charmant en pittoresk op een goede locatie

De locatie was absoluut fantastisch en het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is pittoresk en charmant. De kamers zijn (zoals ook netjes op de site staat) klein en simpel, maar netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was simpel, maar voldoende.

Cons:

We hadden een dun, plastic harmonicadeurtje als badkamerdeur. Als je een kamer deelt, kun je wat privacy wel vergeten bij je toiletbezoek.
