Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful.

Cons:

There were lots of small details missing that would have made this a better stay. Ceiling tiles misaligned in the bathroom, super messy grout and dirty smears in various places, included an obvious ketchup smear that was missed. Bedside table not anchored well enough, it shook anytime something was placed on it. The continental breakfast was meh. Fancy coffee machine to make up for less than stellar fixings. There was a mount for a smoke detector on the wall but no actual smoke detector, save for the super old one that was yellowed and looked partially painted over. I had hopes for a BW property but I was unimpressed.

A spacious and conveniently located hotel with great value.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located within a 10-minute walk of everything you might need. Our room was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially appreciated the extra floor space for our ski equipment! Additionally, there was ample parking, the staff was friendly, and the washroom was very clean for the price point.

Cons:

A few more hangers and drawers in the room would be a nice addition. While the pancake machine is a great bonus during breakfast hours, it was a bit hit-or-miss during our stay. It was also unfortunate that the gym and sauna were closed for renovations while we were there.

Front desk trick us for a “upgrade” when really it’s a downgrade for our booked and paid room.

Online pictures are way off from actual pictures.

Cons:

My baby, partner and I were planning to stay there for one night. A couple hours after checking in we found bedbugs. Manager wouldn't give us a refund.

Pros:

Beds were extremely comfortable

Cons:

Pet policy. The pet policy is the strictest Ove ever encountered. Cats are to be kept in a kennel for the entirety of the stay, yet I was charged a pet cleaning fee.
In my opinion, pet friendly should be removed because of their pet policy.

Pros:

Was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cost.
