Verschimmelte Zimmer, untätiges Hotelmanagement
Pros:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Service beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind feucht und verschimmelt. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes massive Schimmelbeläge unterhalb der Nachttische gefunden. Die Probleme sind dem Hotel bekannt (siehe Internetbewertungen von 2023), trotzdem werden die Zimmer weiter so vermietet. Das ist unzumutbar und für Menschen mit Vorerkrankungen ein ernsthaftes gesundheitliches Risiko.
Es gibt weitere Probleme (die definitiv nicht einem Fünf-Sterne-Niveau entsprechen): Fast alle Sonnenschirme im Poolbereich sind defekt, lassen sich nicht öffnen oder knicken beim kleinsten Wind um, ein Schirm drohte in der Mitte zu zerbrechen mit entsprechender Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird gemeldet (nicht nur von uns) und nichts passiert. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage renovierungsbedürftig und ungepflegt. Der Standort direkt an der Bundesstraße mit Straßenlärm am Pool, beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen ist auch nicht gut.
Aber Hauptproblem ist aus unserer Sicht das Schimmelproblem. Die Zimmer, die dieses Problem aufweisen sind nicht bewohnbar und dürften nicht vermietet werden.
Wie kann man die gesundheitsfördernde Wirkung des Thermalwassers vermarkten und anpreisen und die Gäste zur gleichen Zeit wissentlich in verschimmelten Zimmern unterbringen.

Luxurious high end Spa Resort!
Pros:

This is such an incredible property. The spa is amazing, it feels so private and luxurious across all the grounds. There’s multiple pools to hang out at and food/drinks arrives super quickly. Absolutely delicious restaurant and one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve ever seen. Super comfy beds and high end rooms. Great location. Massages were absolutely top notch and the staff did everything they could to assure we have such an incredible stay. Could not recommend this place more!

Cons:

The mosquitos were a bit of an issue, I was getting attacked in the evenings. Although I’m not sure what cab be done about that.

Wunderschön gestalteter Ort der Ruhe
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort der Ruhe, ideal zum Entspannen und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Unser besonderer Dank gilt Frau Ramona von der Rezeption, die sich um unsere Anliegen vorbildlich gekümmert hat.

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung der Zimmer könnte verbessert werden. Sowohl vom Gangbereich, als auch von den Sanitäreinrichtungen der Nebenzimmer kamen immer wieder störende Geräusche, was den Schlaf leider merklich beeinträchtigt hat.

Our new Happy Place!
Pros:

Absolutely stunning and peaceful property. Great service. Spa so relaxing. Food on property was great/ if you are looking for a change up one night the restaurant across be road is so delicious too.

Cons:

This is more an observation not criticism- We found it best to stay on property since we didn’t have a car. Nearby towns were cute but taxis not super easy and expensive.

Un séjour agréable, presque idylique si ce n’était un calme insuffisant en journée.

Le personnel et la cuisine. Les installations sont de qualité.
La décoration est trés recherchée

Cons:

Le bruit de la route est trop présent, en journée, et nuit au plaisir du repos. Un peu eloigné des centres d’intérêt de l’île

The thermal springs water. The location. The garden and pools. The history of the place.

The beds are very cheap, light and noisy. Floor is noisy, walls are very thin. No temperature control.
