The bedroom could be better as we could not turn off the light by the door as the switch did not work. Breakfast was fantastic as it was cooked to order.

Cons:

Very inappropriate levels of music that shook the room until 2 in the morning. Only able to get a maximum 4 hours sleep at best.
When the bace kicked in the cups on my table bonceced off and ended up on the floor.

No hot water
Pros:

Front desk told me when the hotel is busy, the hot water system can’t cope. Good to know the truth. I want a bath, it’s late and the water is lukewarm. I’ve been told to wait 30 mins and hopefully it will warm up. I won’t be booking any more stays here.

Very disappointing E Mailed my complaint…. No reply

Lift wasn’t working , 7 flights of stairs to my room, no offer of help . No plug bear kettle and hairdryer.Couldn’t shower cos it was barely Luke warm , went to wash and no plug in sink

Great value on a nice place
Pros:

It’s not brand-new, but it’s modern enough
For the price I’ve paid it was really nice
The food was great, and the breakfast is cooked to order which was nicer than a buffet
Good Private car park at the Vogue as we were in Big Vans lots of room. If I’m staying in this area, I’ll always head for this place now.
