Cons:

The lift was not working for last 6 months . I am 74 years old not good walking up 2 floors . Not sure I will not coming back 😕

Seemed very dated and needs a revamp, shame because area and events they lay on on nice.
Pros:

Area nice and the grounds it sits in.Staff were friendly .

Cons:

Room smelt dusky,bed hard,carpet needs cleaning.Reception sitting area and corridor needs re modernising. Breakfast for 2 £25 was not good value

Pros:

Comfy bed. Large room. Receptionists very polite.
Breakfast food good.

Cons:

Breakfast abit of a shambles. Had to find own cutlery from other tables. Had to find the lad who does the coffee. Had breakfast 8.30am. Food good. One bar lady at function. Trying to get a drink very slow. Eventually there were 2.

Cons:

Mattress torm. Sink cracked. Flush not working. Tiling poor. Customer service atrocious. To name just a bit. No refund or partial. Ridiculous

The grounds are lovely, the restaurant menu was great and my room was very comfortable.

No hot water
Pros:

The overall property is good with lots of space. Good size room and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower. As we stayed for just one night. I didn't bother to complain.

Won’t be coming back
Pros:

Nobody told us that breakfast stopped at 9 am it took a lot of persuasion of chef to rustle up something toeat

Cons:

Better communication of opening and closing times by reception at the start of our stay.

On my exit the reception tried to charge me again for breakfast which had been included in our original booking and payment. When I disagreed with this try on I was made to feel he was doing me a favour by letting me off the extra cost.

Great Staff & Food - Old, tried, smelly, and dirty carpets
Pros:

This is an excellent location for Wexham Park Hospital

Cons:

The property is a grand place but requires huge investment, old, tired, stained carpets and smelly although the staff did change our room, it was better but not high standard. Staff and food was 100%. We’ve made the decision to stay at Premier Inn next time we have to go.
