Had a lovely stay, in the hotel, where the staff appreciated the guests, and looked after them.
Pros:

The hospitality of ALL the staff way exceeded our expectations. Their friendly approach really made our stay that more enjoyable.
The cooked breakfast was delicious, the dining room was spotless,
The beds really comfortable, which afforded us a great night sleep

Cons:

The rooms were a little tired looking, the carpet stained in places, curtains needed a few more hooks to hang better

Clean, Comfortable and very relaxing. Staff excellent and friendly nothing too much, taking bags up
Pros:

Location was great, quite but so conveniently placed for M40 and M25.
Breakfast cooked to order, so scrambled eggs excellent.

Cons:

Please get the lift repaired.

Pros:

Location was excellent as we were working at the studios. The property is set in lovely grounds and would recommend this to anyone looking at stay near by.
Great value for money and the restaurant looked amazing but didn't get the time to use it.

Delightful staff, who couldn’t do enough for their guests!
Pros:

The staff, food and dining experience were excellent. We were truly impressed by how accommodating everyone was and the quality of the food we were served.

Cons:

The room was a little “tired” decoratively speaking and could benefit from a revamp.

Passable for the price.
Pros:

Closeness to attractions. They did all they could to cater for Gluten Free for the evening meal. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t great. Carpet stained. Part of the air conditioning panel had fallen down in the room. The shower did not work. Nothing to offer at breakfast GF

Do not waste your money
Pros:

The parking is spacious and good location thats as far as it goes

Cons:

Well firstly, the receptionist was quite rude despite me asking questions about the rooms. The shower is horrendous as hot water means scolding hot to cold and back to scolding no regulation. The room looked very dated and really poor standard
