The function room was excellent and the staff were amazing
Toilets in room hard to flush.
The staff were friendly, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was an excellent location for our plans. We stayed for two nights - The two breakfasts were excellent ( Full English ) and the lounge area and bar were good. We would return to this hotel again.
The overspill car park was in poor repair and flooded in places due to heavy rains. I realise that this was beyond the hotels control but it was the only "blot" on our stay.

Quiet. Would have been nice to have had a TV lounge for instance.

The room the Pinewood hotel was very comfortable and it's close to the parking we selected for Heathrow Airport. Plenty of parking and checkin was quick and efficient.

The staff were helpful to sort out a problem with the room and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable bed.
The first room in main building had a constant humming noise, the lift was out of order, the carpets had been tapped in many places. so we asked to change rooms.
The building opposite the wallpaper was coming off the walls in the corridor carpets tatty, the place looked run down and unloved.
The restaurant was very cold, I borrowed my husband's fleece.

No air conditioning, cracked sink, fan provided was full of dust, no extra pillows when requested at front desk, wi-if doesn’t connect to tv, no telephone in the room, carpet was filthy, toilet flush broken, smell in the room, would not recommend this place
