Localização era boa.

Cons:

Nossa experiência foi insatisfatória. O quarto é pequeno e não dispõe de guarda-roupa. A limpeza apresentou falhas graves, como roupa de cama suja, ausência de toalhas de rosto e controles remotos com pilhas vencidas.
A troca da roupa de cama só ocorreu porque solicitamos lençóis e fronhas diretamente na recepção e nós mesmos realizamos a substituição, o que é inadmissível para um hotel dessa categoria. Além disso, a equipe de limpeza não atua no período da tarde, o que nos causou transtornos. Ao conversarmos com a responsável pelo setor, recebemos apenas um pedido de desculpas, sem qualquer proposta de solução imediata.
Dois dias depois, ao solicitarmos novamente a limpeza do quarto, os lençóis foram devolvidos com manchas. Novamente, não foram disponibilizadas toalhas de rosto — que precisaram ser solicitadas duas vezes —, tampouco foi deixado um rolo de papel higiênico reserva ou sabonetes.
O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com frutas e frios aparentando estar passados e com pouca variedade. Além disso, o hotel não possue interfone nos quartos e não dispõe de serviço de restaurante, oferecendo apenas hospedagem, o que limita as opções de alimentação para os hóspedes.
Para completar, o pagamento no cartão é permitido em apenas duas parcelas, o que considero uma limitação desnecessária para o hóspede.
Não recomendo.

Le calme et la tranquillité. Le fait d’avoir un hamac devant la chambre est un plus… surtout si l’on a pas envie de rester cloîtrer dans la chambre.
