Old carpet, no onsite front desk person, no air conditioning, limited parking no elevators.
There was guys drinking and smoking flipping off cars so rude and disrespectful

I didn’t like that the check in was 4pm and I had called earlier to double check if that was correct and was told it was at 4 but I didn’t receive my room keys till almost 40 mins later because the housekeepers had to check all the rooms if they were cleaned, I feel like if you’re running a hotel and tell your guests check in is at 4 it shouldn’t be pushed because staff isn’t done doing their parts which pushed back activities I had planned for my family, I also didn’t like how the keys weren’t working properly, I wasn’t able to unlock my door nor get in through the gate nor up to the jacuzzi and I had to get new keys every time

這家旅館弄錯了房型，我預定的是1個大床房+2個單人床+沙發床，結果櫃檯給的房型是2張雙人床+沙發床，經反應後櫃檯人員兩手一攤，要我找booking平台處理，服務態度不佳，而且夏天洗澡熱水也不穩，一下子熱水就耗盡了，變成洗冷水。對這民宿的印象很糟糕，不推薦。

Shortly after arriving, I found large insects in the room as well as multiple moths inside the property. This made me uncomfortable staying in the room. The bug screen was already open when I arrived, and because of the insect issue I decided to leave shortly after check-in. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property long enough to take additional photos of the other insects I encountered.

No AC it was pretty hot and no wifi.

If you are going to book looking at the view, then stop. Remember those roof spas may not be working and if any issue happens during your stay, absolutely no one will help you.

Our group of 6 had a terrible time here. The complete lack of customer service and the sheer number of broken amenities completely ruined our trip. Here is exactly what you can expect if you stay at Ridge Sierra:

Tedious Check-in: There is zero in-person staff. You have to deal with a virtual agent through a screen to handle everything from key generation to card swapping. To make it even more annoying, the actual rooms are a 5-minute drive away from this check-in office.

No AC & Unhelpful Management: The unit has no air conditioning and gets incredibly hot during the summer. We only had one fan. When I called the property manager for relief, they told me no one was available to help and that I would have to drive back to the check-in office to pick up a fan myself.

Completely Broken Stove: This was a major failure. We spent time cutting up vegetables and prepping our meal, only to find out the stove was completely dead. The property’s response? "No one can fix this now." We were left stranded with raw food and no way to cook it.

Zero Bathroom Privacy: The washroom door lock was broken. When you have 6 guests sharing a space, this is a huge problem. Naturally, nobody was available to come out and fix it.

False Advertising on Amenities: We booked looking forward to a relaxing soak, but the rooftop spa is entirely out of service. To make matters worse, the in-room Jacuzzi is completely useless because it is missing the valve plug to actually hold water.

Terrible Upkeep: The mosquito screen door out on the balcony is broken, and the ironing pad they provided was absolutely filthy and in terrible condition.

Save your money and book somewhere that actually maintains their units and cares about their guests. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own.

The TV didn’t work . Jacuzzi is not hot .

It was quite a lot of stair climbing; I couldn’t see how it would work for someone with ambulatory issues.

Also it would have been really great to have half and half for the coffee. The only option was a non dairy creamer made of corn syrup solids.
