Staff is very rude and unaccomodating
Pros:

It was in the most beautiful location, super close to sand hollow state park

Cons:

They don’t mention that they do no house keeping, therefore you have to bring extra sheets or bedding as well as towels and shampoo and conditioner.

Will not stay again based on response from manager to complaints.

Cons:

The manager was rude & did not accommodate for people with special needs. Could not turn the AC below 72 or the unit may freeze up & then guest is charged $100 for a maintenance call.

Love the area. SandHollow is just beautiful, one of our favorite peaceful spots.
Pros:

The location was great and the rooms were beautiful. Very peaceful and that we could not hear the neighbors was great as the place was packed.

Cons:

Too much chemicals in the hot tub, it wasn't all that clean in the hot tub. There are way more amenities at most of the nightly rentals around the area so that was a little disappointing that there was no lazy river, pickleball court not in service and just not that much to do around the room with no heated pool. We just love Sand Hollow though so we will be back.
