Loved the location . Did not love the parking situation. The parking life gate never worked and we had to call the offic

The location was great!

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking in back and the lifting gate that never worked and how you had to park out front and unload your bags. It was a strange set up.

I feel like I was scammed!!!

The staff were wonderful, location perfect. Lobby lovely.

Cons:

Our room was horrible.. wires falling out of TV, Peeling ceilings, musty smell, moldy shower. Old uncared for furniture.

Great location and superb facilities in downtown Montpelier.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and well-equipped. Restauarant convenient and food tasty. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Cons:

Fitness room is very small and doesn't have a lot of equipment, though I was able to have a good workout.

Fine for a short stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Cons:

There were areas of the room and bathroom that were dusty and/or neglected. The shower handle had been replaced and was difficult to turn off and on.
