Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Coffee bar and water/snacks was nice.

Cons:

I was told I was on the fifth floor and the elevator only goes to the fourth. Not a big deal, but strange. Meanwhile I was told the room keys would allow me to enter and exit the parking lot but they didn’t work. And I was later told they usually don’t work.
