Hotel staff was helpful and friendly
The bed was too soft. The hotel itself seems to be rather outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced very dirty and old.
The location was decent, but unfortunately that’s where the positives ended.
After a long day of travel, we arrived to discover the elevator was out of service. We were forced to carry heavy luggage up four flights of narrow, carpeted stairs in an old historic building—completely unsafe and unreasonable. Upon finally reaching the room, we found the shower head broken, spraying water in every direction and making it impossible to shower properly. This level of neglect is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hilton. It was, without question, the worst property I’ve ever stayed at.
The location was right downtown. Walking to shops and restaurants.
The location was great!
The shower was not hot at all.
No functioning printer
Paid parking
Cleaning at 7:30am and something beeping all night long.
Almost 300 a night for a comfy bed and nothing else.
the staff were all fantastically helpful and understanding, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable
the parking lot had some issues getting in and out, as well as the EV chargers didn't work.
Front reception staff very friendly
The shower water was cold. Called desk and was told maintenance would be notified. 2nd shower 3 hours later was cold. Told because too many people were taking showers. Then told maintenance was coming to our room and never showed up.
We didn't have any
The whole hotel had no water!couldn't take a shower
The beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated getting water upon check in. The workout room was great, and my daughters liked the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby.
Noise from the hall and from cleaning nearby rooms was loud.
Restaurant that is attached
Our room overlooked a homeless encampment, it was quite disappointing and I have literally stayed at your properties around the world 🌎
