Unbeatable price for the location if you're willing to put up with an uncomfortable space.
Pros:

Excellent location in front of Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park and extremely good value for SF. Staff was nice and received packages for us. Free parking, free coffee in the mornings, and ocean view from our room. Pet friendly - our two dogs stayed free.

Cons:

No desk if you need to work remotely. We asked the staff for a desk and they didn't have any to spare. The room could use a broom and dustpan since the location next to the beach makes it prone to get sandy quickly, and the cleaning staff doesn't do daily room cleaning. The room had a strange smell when we checked in but it went away after a while, and the interiors are a bit run down. No microwave, couch, or armchair--our room was limited to a small fridge, one cheap plastic chair, a long, narrow table, and the bed, which wasn't the most comfortable.
