Pros:

Double bed is bigger than other hotels i use to stayed. Japanese style room for 3 people is also great.

Acceptable for overnight stay!
Pros:

Very close to JR station and shopping area, many eateries nearby.

Cons:

No room cleaning service for stay less than 4 days. There was always bad sewage smell in toilet when we returned to room each evening, though it went away after we flush the toilet. Centralised heating which made the room very hot and uncomfortable.
