Great location
Pros:

Centre of town. Close to the station and lots of food and shops. Coin laundry was super handy. Left luggage was a top notch locker system. Staff helped us book stuff on the phone.

Cons:

Small thing. We had two separate consecutive bookings and had to check out in the morning and come back in the arvo, the hotel seemed very quiet so it didn't seem necessary. Staff seemed inflexible.

Location was very good.

Cons:

For work reasons I had to stay until late on my computer the first day. Then, at six in the morning, the TV went off, switched itself on, started without me touching or having touched anything. I had never watched tv, I had never touched the remote control. I thought I had switched it off from the switch at the bottom of the tv, but the same thing happened the day after.
Now, I know that my Japanese is not very good, but when I told the receptionist (I was checking out) that it had happened to me the previous day and before that day he only kept repeating 6 o'clock? sic o'clock? (rokuji? rokuji?) as if I wanted to wake up at six o'clock. I repeated that it had happened to me yesterday (kinou) and today (kyou). He looked blank and started looking at some papers.
Worse, with all these problems I lost a watch that I left in my room.

Cons:

壁が薄いのか、ドライヤーの音や話し声が丸聞こえ。ドアの開け閉めの音が響いて眠れなかった。シャワールームや洗面台には髪の毛が落ちており、清潔感がなく金額に値する感じではなくがっかりした。ゲストハウスなどの方が快適だとかんじました。

Nice room for a night rest
Pros:

If you only need a place to rest, do laundry, nothing fancy, this is a recommended place. The room is big, bed is confortable, water pressure is good. Price is also affordable. there are 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available.

Cons:

Can feel that the hotel is aging. But with the price we paid, no complaint.
