Overall the location was excellent and quiet and we felt very safe

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room only vacuumed or swept took out old towels and dint replace with enough new towels had to keep going to office to get towels and they never replaced the toilet paper had to go get it every day
The breakfast was bad not much was offered
Beds not very comfortable

Pros:

Location was downtown and close to waterfront area.

Cons:

Room smelled like mothballs. Smell was so strong that we had to leave after 10 minutes. Front desk would not issue a refund. There were no other rooms available. Regret ever booking here. Should not have travelled to Parry Sound. We were satisfied with our accommodations in Barrie, Elora, Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Pros:

It was pleasant. The staff was very kind and messaged after check in to make sure all was well. The room was clean, and looked updated. Everything worked as it should.

Cons:

I think it would benefit to either turn the heat on prior to guest checking in, or perhaps look into in floor heating.
The heater is just a wall plugin heater and it was set to 68 when we arrived.
It took several hours to warm the room up to a comfortable temperature at -25 outside.

Nice place, downtown Parry Sound
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I would guess that they have been remodeled lately, since the bathroom tiles looked more modern. No complaints at all.

Cons:

The lobby is kinda small and cramped feeling, but don't let that put you off. The rooms are quite satisfactory.
I am not sure where the breakfast is, but I also didn't really go searching for it, as we had other breakfast plans.

Good stay.
Pros:

Property was in a good location for what was needed. Right in town, easy to walk to/from everything. Little breakfast set up and coffee machine in the morning was really nice!

Cons:

The property had a strong smell that seemed to be covered up with perfume/scented items. Once you were in the room and got used to the smell it wasn’t so bad, but the initial hit was very strong going in & out of the room.
