Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient place. The facilities too are very nice. Room was clean and environment too. Swimming pool was a surprising addition to the overall excellent quality of our stay in C'haya.

Cons:

Front office staff were not cooperative to my liking. Either they didn't understand English or they never cared about our concerns. Especially a certain guy with a funny hair colour. He wasn't responsive to anything I asked him.
The in-house restaurant was also not operating for breakfast before 8am. For early breakfast before going to airport we had to leave without breakfast
