Bed bugs and nice views
Pros:

The pool views and the room space (stayed in the big one), nothing else.

Cons:

Bed bugs and terrible toilet smell.

Less important but... no free airport transportation as announced in booking.com and little stuff as asking 100 MYR for a card deposit without notice and then only 1 would work at the time.
