overall this hotel met our expectation.
Pros:

It's very spacious so great for family stay and from our windows we saw beautiful sunset scenary felt very special.

Cons:

Hot water was limited so it could be better when the hot water last longer during shower time.

Attentive front desk and housekeeping in making sure things that need to be fixed are fixed.
Pros:

Family Suite has 3 big rooms with each room being ensuite was amazing. There's a small rooftop pool and being able to see sunset from there was great as well. Also air craft viewing was bonus too. front desk was responsive. Good wifi connection, just needs to sign in every day.

Cons:

Kitchen utensils and amenities better equipped would be great, and it would really felt like a 'homestay' or 'airbnb' equivalent. Besides the goodnight sleeps, the TV wasn't great, couch/chairs were old (wear and tear) and needs update.

Super friendly staff. Horrible wifi
Pros:

Great location near the airport. Staff is super nice and friendly. Very accommodating. Highly recommend the staff.

Cons:

The wifi is just horrendous. They use a Chinese wifi system with weird codes and portals. Highly inefficient, wifi doesn't work half the time, not easy to connect, etc. 😅 this is a big issue, especially nowadays where wifi is considered a basic service. Please get rid of this really bad portal and service and just upgrade to normal wifi.
For cleanliness, the pool is OK but that whole floor feels a little rundown. Renovating and cleaning would help.

Simple hotel fine for a night

RUDE STAFF
Pros:

i booked here just for the pool

Cons:

i know check in time 3pm, i arrived at 2.52pm
registration taking not more that 5 minutes, i dont might if she says give me few minutes to prepare the room key
but they ask me to come back by 3.30pm
why should i come back?!
not my problem that room is not ready.
then IDK, maybe the lady receptionist junior staff or what, ask for help with his boy recpetion, i think senior staff. what i heard, just swap it.
then he ask my fon number, and ask for deposit rm100. there is NONE statement saying / state mention deposit is compulsory. even registration form, also he REFUSE to provide. when i ask, where is your SOP stating deposit. even your website failed to proof of it. then i ask for the superior or manager. he quarrel with me and left me alone at the counter. what an attitude. i dont recommend this hotel. so, for foreigners who only using alipay or virtual card, better not coming to check in here. staff is rude not only at reception, even the manager also hide at back office. other staff that i meet housekeeping and maintenance not friendly. i know you're working this hotel just for the salary, i pray for you when you work in big hotel, you will die alone!!
the room really outdated, not at pictures shown. not extra tisu. the lamp really deem. limited of TV channel. no iron & iron board provided.

Cons:

Poolen lukker allerede 18.30 og åbner først 09. Vi nåede den ikke. Morgenmaden serveres først 8.30, hvilket er mærkeligt på et sted internationalt hotel. Så morgenmaden nåede vi heller ikke.

Pros:

Habitació còmode i lavabo correcte. A prop de l'aeroport.

Cons:

Només hi ha un restaurant a prop. La piscina tanca a les 18:30 i ja no et deixen pujar per gaudir de les vistes a partir d'aquella hora.
