Nice spot to stay a few days
Pros:

Room was as advertised & comfy. Pool was nice but could’ve used some shaded spots to sit. Short walk to restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk to Tanjung Aru beach/night markets

Cons:

Staff didn’t seem particularly engaged. Lobby cafe was shut for several days over public holidays so wasn’t available. Floors were wet in lift lobby & lifts from people not drying at pool. Some signage to that effect would be helpful as floors quite slippery.

Cons:

A very disappointing experience. We had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before being allowed to enter our room. The service was extremely time-consuming and inefficient.

We were told that there was only one housekeeping staff member and that the hotel was fully booked. However, the management should have anticipated the holiday season and hired temporary staff to help clean the rooms. This excuse is unreasonable, especially since the hotel is not that large.

The staff member at the front desk, who was a large-built person, was rather rude in responding to guests.

In addition, the swimming pool is quite small, and some of the pool facilities appear unsafe. My child suffered a cut on their foot while using the pool area.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and significant improvements are needed in both customer service and facility maintenance.

Cons:

The walls seemed very thin, so the noise in the adjacent room was very annoying.

Car parking was a real problem, the car park was full most of the time, meaning I had to park out on the street.
