Nice place but very poor services
Pros:

The location was very close both to the beach and city centre, the room was spacious and functional, the swimming pool clean and nice.

Cons:

I didn't like the staff and whole welcoming process.

At my arrival I discovered that they took my money for the booking from my credit card without my consent - when I selected that I wanted dto pay cash on my arrival.

Finally they canceled the transaction but I still had to pay the change commissions on that amount, and the staff was bothered by me wanting to pay the way I preferred, he had a very rude attitude and didn't even apologise.

Also, without my consent they can't access my credit card and take the money as they like, that's very unsafe and unprofessional.

This literally gave me a bad taste at the beginning of my stay.

Moreover, he didn't even give me details about the bar opening time, breakfast, where is the swimming pool : nothing. I had to go around and look for information myself 😅

Not a great welcome indeed.

Great roof pool, close to airport
Pros:

The rooftop pool is excellent, with views of the sea and comfy bean bags to sit on, and warm water. The bathroom was also great, with a rain shower and toiletries provided. Comfy bed and a cute reading nook in the room window.

Cons:

Some quite outdated aspects - the WiFi required a username/password login every time you returned to the hotel, and only one set of credentials per person was provided, so if you had another device such as laptop or eReader you were out of luck. Cash-only security deposit is very inconvenient especially for an airport hotel where people arrive and don't have cash yet/are just stopping over etc, and there's not even a nearby ATM.

Perfect for a few nights stay. Lovely staff. Good location if you’re happy to get a grab places as not too much in close
Pros:

The view from the rooftop was lovely. The staff are very friendly. Only a 20 minute walk from the beach where they have a food market and a perfect sunset. Not far from Jesselton Quay ferry point. Easy to get a grab anywhere

Nothing else really in walking distance

Nice stay for a reasonable price
Pros:

We wanted to stay near the airport for the flight in the next morning. The hotel is a good choice for that. It has a nice pool on the roof, functional and not too small rooms and a decent bathroom. All well!

Cons:

The pillows are too hard and high.

Hotel in Natur- und Flughafennähe
Pros:

Flughafen-Nähe, Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants in der Nähe, normales Hotel, Blick ins Grüne, große Fensterbank, ausgefallene Kunstobjekte z.B.Fahrradfelgen)

Cons:

Poolzeiten von 9 bis 20uhr konnten wir nicht nutzen.

OK for a short, in transit stay.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport. For travel this was efficient. Also within walking distance to a fabulous beach.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed early in the day. Actually I never saw it open.
Maintenance needs attention. The TV remote didn’t work. Doors need adjustment as won’t close correctly. And widow seat covers are filthy.
