Pros:

מלון מאוד נקי ומסודר, הצוות התייחס יש לאיזשהי בעיה שהייתה לי שהזמנתי חדר והייתי צריכה להחליף לחדר נכה.

Cons:

דרשו אקסטרה כסף על מגבות, הם גם מחליפים רק אחרי 3 ימים וגם אין מגבות לבריכה בככל.

Excellent hotel by the sea.
Pros:

The Harmony Bay is a welcoming hotel with excellent staff who cannot do enough for you. The hotel is very clean and stands in an excellent position by the sea. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a nice relaxing holiday with staff who love to look after you.

No fireworks, no disasters.
Pros:

Overall the hotel does and has everything it's supposed to, without really going the extra mile to feel memorable in any respect. You can't fault it, but it also won't wow you. Fine for a short stay, which is what we needed whilst attending a wedding in the area.

Cons:

I would expect at least a couple of small bottles of complimentary water to be available as this appears a common practice in hotels in Cyprus, given the tap water here is not potable.

COMFORTABLE AND LOCATION WERE ALL A PLUS

BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD AND STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE

ITS ALL VERY WELL HAVING A KETTLE IN THE ROOM BUT IT WOULD BE A NICE TOUCH IF THEY COULD ADD SOME COFFEE, TEA SUGAR AND MILK. NOT HAVING THAT WAS A DISSAPOINTMENT.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay; you can easily find much better hotels for the money. This property fell short across the board, from service to basic amenities.

### 🚫 The "Breakfast Trap" & Poor Food Quality

The breakfast situation was incredibly frustrating. I was stuck in the room on a conference call, so my partner tried to bring me some food. The staff flatly refused to let her. By the time my calls ended, they told me breakfast was closed—but immediately pointed out that I could *buy* breakfast at the bar. To make matters worse, the actual food quality was poor, unless you happen to love everything drowning in mayonnaise.

### 🛏️ Outdated Rooms & Missing Basics

* **No Smart TV:** The television is completely outdated. Forget about casting Netflix; you are strictly limited to local Greek and Cypriot channels.
* **No Bath Plug:** The bathtub completely lacked a plug. When asked, the reasoning given was that they "don't like to waste water."

### 💸 Constant Nickle-and-Diming

* **Parking Extra:** Hotel parking is not included in the room rate. Worse, you are charged every single time you come and go, rather than paying a flat daily rate.
* **Overpriced Bar:** Eating or drinking at the hotel bar is wildly overpriced—costing almost as much as the room itself—and totally not worth it.

Preis-Leistung für Limassol ist in Ordnung
Pros:

Frühstücksraum sehr ungemütlich. Erinnert an eine Kantine. Sehr schade, da es eine schöne Außenterrasse am Pool mit Blick aufs Meer gibt. Qualität des Frühstücks mittelmäßig.
