Bad sound proof, location is good only. Won't stay anymore.
Pros:

Location and the water flow is strong

Cons:

Very bad sound proof, can hear people talking, closing door, water flow at bathroom. And the bed is soft.

Excellent stay, very easy to get foods and groceries by walking distance.
Pros:

Very clean facilities. Room space was nice. Very convenient to get groceries since 7-11 is just beside of the property.

Cons:

Some small parts may need to take care, such as broken toilet roll, stains tower and un-arrange furniture.

Behind viral location like coffee kluang, kluang riverwalk and market

Cons:

I don’t like rooms that only meet the requirement of having a window but without any view. Yes, I did book a room with a window, but please don’t give me one where the view is blocked by a building

Good value for money for a short staycay.
Pros:

Location was strategic and staff were friendly and helpful. Keep it up with the smiles. Room was conducive and relatively clean and basic needs were provided.

Cons:

Probably the room lights can be brighter as I find it a little hard to see due to the dimness. It would be great if the lights are replaced with brighter lightbulbs.

Beyond my expectation
Pros:

The hotel has no facilities but a lot of food outlets nearby... 7 eleven is nxt to the hotel. There is McDonald and Domino Pizza opposite of the hotels. Maybank across the street... 5 mins walk to Kluang Railway Coffee...

The room i stay is clean, the bed is comfy. Lift in the hotel. The hotel staff and security staff is very friendly.... he is there to safe guard the guest vehicle and advice us to lock and don put any belongings in the car or motorcycle... will book the hotel again if i visit my relative at Kluang.

Nothing.
