I would love to stay here again during my next visit
Pros:

This is my 4th stay here, and it's always clean and comfortable. I really enjoy the convenience — it's within walking distance to both Kluang Parade and Kluang Mall

Pros:

The location is good. Easy access to a few food establishments around the town.

Cons:

The room - deluxe king - is a little small. There were mould at the doorframe. TV remote not working well, can't change channel. It would be good if there's a bedside panel for control of lighting of the room.

We have moved to a better room with same price using Agoda
Pros:

The hotel is located in central area and many locations are easy to reach.

Cons:

Terrible experience.
Pros:

Terrible front desk service. Not friendly At all.

Cons:

Just because of the deposit of rm50,force customer to pay Only by cash！！！ No cash No Talk. Why can't just pay by credit card or touch n go？ Now is already ALPHA generation please！
