Our favourite place in Cambodia. Just a lovely quiet room overlooking the pool and Frangipani tree. OK walk into town.
All fine. Breakfast was not included and was average. Great other places nearby.

Bathroom of room we had was a bit “old” and could do with upgrade ( sealant / tiles etc)
The rooms were all very clean. The pool was a lovely temperature. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
This is just an observation not a criticism but breakfast was quite limited and when food or drinks ran out they were not replenished very quickly. It was about a 10 minute walk or a $2 tuk tuk ride. For the price that you pay it's still very good value for money.
