Above and beyond customer service.
Pros:

I reserved a block of rooms for my son‘s wedding because the residence Inn was the closest Marriott to the venue. I was so delighted by the customer Service. They took such wonderful care of my guests, including the elderly, wheelchair dependent grandparents. I highly recommend the hotel - it was new, clean, bright, well organized and friendly! and the complementary breakfast and coffee bar is always a plus.
