Excelente ubicación, a unos pocos pasos del boulevard de Hollywood Beach y la playa. La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

La dirección no te lleva a la recepción que realmente queda en la esquina; tardamos un poco en encontrarla. El personal de recepción es poco amable, también el del desayuno. Aunque se menciona que el hotel tiene parqueadero, hay que pagar 20 dólares extra por cada día de alojamiento; esto no se menciona al momento de la reserva. En la mañana vi varios carros que no lo pagaron con multas de 70 dólares. A pesar de o anterior, volvería por su ubicación.

It was okay wouldnt come back

They did not give us proper service. I stayed for 3 days nobody came in to clean our room at all those 3 days. i told one of the staff that i need my room cleaned she said okay shell get to it and she never did. This is not good service at all. Our room was filled with sand and nobody helped

leider entspricht mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Haus.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war beim Check-in weder freundlich noch hilfsbereit. Beim Check-out hingegen verlief alles positiv.

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist es inakzeptabel, Plastikbesteck und -geschirr zu verwenden. Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr eng, sodass sich die Gäste kaum bewegen konnten. Zudem war die Auswahl begrenzt und viele Speisen waren schnell vergriffen.

Die Mitarbeiterin, die für das Nachfüllen des Buffets zuständig war, wirkte überfordert und wurde dadurch zunehmend unfreundlich. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, sie um Hilfe bitten zu können.

Ich reise viel um die Welt und habe eine solche Erfahrung bisher noch nie gemacht. Ich bin kein komplizierter Gast, aber Freundlichkeit und ein gewisser Standard sollten selbstverständlich sein.

A metros de la playa y de bares y restaurantes en una zona muy linda

Cons:

Hospedaje viejo, mal mantenido, cero inversión. Extremadamente oneroso en relación a sus instalaciones. No se presta ningún tipo de servicio ni atención al huésped más que la limpieza del apartamento, el cual cuando lo recibimos tenía arena en el piso. El personal de recepción no se mueve del front desk ni con orden judicial. El trato no es amable. Siempre hay cola hasta para tratar el más mínimo pedido o reclamo. Desayuno básico, casi todo harinas y lo peor que todo de paquete, nada de cocina o artesanal. Salvo la playa y la ubicación, un alojamiento para recomendar a tu enemigo
