اعزائي واصدقائي اود ان اشرح لكم انني زرت عدة دول كثيره من شرق اسيا واوروبا وبريطانيا ودول شرق اوسط وعدة ولايات في امريكا

الموقع فقط.

Cons:

الاستقبال لا يبدون ومن الواضح تماما غير متعاونين وغير ودودين لا يودون مساعدة الضيف. اسرد اليكم حقيقة الوقائع :-
اولا من اول ليلة اتيت للاستقبال قبيل منتصف الليل وقد ارسلت رسالة وانا في مطار نيويورك انني قادم من رحله دوليه وتاخير في الوصول قال لي لا باس الاستقبال موجود حتى بعد منتصف الليل الساعه 2 صباحا. وصلت عندهم عند منتصف الليل ولكن انا وسائق التاكسي نبحث عن الاستقبال وجدنا اسمه غير المسمى في الموقع بوكينج. لا باس حينما اعطيت موظف جواز سفري واعطاني كرت مفتاح الغرفه طلبت منه مساعدتي في الشنطه لايصالها لغرفتي حيث ان لدي اصابه قديمه في كاحل رجلي ورفض مساعدتي. حسنا سحبت الشنطه لمسافه طويله وفي منتصف الليل لغرفتي مما اشتدت الام الاصابه.
ثانيا :- ذهبت لموقع الافطار في صباح الثاني للاسف في مكان بعيد خلف المجمع ، وكانت الغرفه صغيره جدا مساحتها تقريبا 8 متر مربع وفي مقدمه الغرفه امرأه جالسه عند مقدمه تصرخ باعلي صوت عند دخول ( اعطني كرت الغرفه ) وتنظر اليك بدهشه ما تختاره وفي زحمه ضيوف اخرين وكانت خيارات الطعام قليله جدا. وكانت حالتي اشبه ما اكون اسيرا مقيدا . ذهبت الى الطاولات في شرفه خارج الغرفه مكشوفه بالشمس والرطوبه وعند عودتي لاخذ كاسا من القهوه واذا طيور غراب وطيور اخرى تاكل من افطاري. يا للهول !
ثالثا:- ذهب للاستقبال اطلب منهم تنظيف غرفتي قالو لي ان التنظيف نحن من نضع وقت مناسب وليس انت. حسنا متى؟ قالت غدا. حسنا انتظرت للغد.
رابعا:- اصبت بمرض والم بصدري وحلقي وذهبت لجهاز التكييف؟ يا للهول وجته متسخا به ما يشبه بميكروبات سوداء اللون وغبار بالداخل؟ Molds اتصلت بالطبيب المختص لدي واعطاني دواء اللازم وابلغني ان هذا هو ما سبب التهاب في الصدر والحلق وعلى الفور ابلغت الاستقبال ولكن يا للهول قالو لي بعد يوم ياتو مختصين التكييف. واتو بالغد وكان تنظيف باشرافي وذهب علي موعد غداء مع اصدقائي بسببهم. ولكن ادي سؤال للمختصين في هذا الفندق. ماذا عن نظافة أجهزة تكييف الضيوف الاخرين ؟؟؟
خامسا:- وجدت معطر بالغرفه متصل بالكهرباء يبث رائحه غير طبيعيه. طبعا رائحه كيماويه. وهذه تؤثر على ممن لديهم حساسيه. في الطبع اوقفته. ولكن بعد يوم وحدت رائحه الغرفه لا تطاق اطلاقا تشبه رائحة الصرف الصحي. لقد دهشت من ذلك حقا

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a unos pocos pasos del boulevard de Hollywood Beach y la playa. La habitación es bastante amplia y cómoda. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

La dirección no te lleva a la recepción que realmente queda en la esquina; tardamos un poco en encontrarla. El personal de recepción es poco amable, también el del desayuno. Aunque se menciona que el hotel tiene parqueadero, hay que pagar 20 dólares extra por cada día de alojamiento; esto no se menciona al momento de la reserva. En la mañana vi varios carros que no lo pagaron con multas de 70 dólares. A pesar de o anterior, volvería por su ubicación.
