Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well thought out. The lobby is open and bright. The staff was very helpful. Overall, a very nice hotel with a lot of amenities to offer.

Lovely and comfortable stay. Updated and spacious rooms. We enjoyed it very much.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Updated and love that the restroom is separate from the shower. Love the seating area and desk space.

Cons:

There was loud music outside the building across the street it seems. Not sure if there was a concert at the nearby mall but nothing to do with the property of course.

We were promised a credit, still have not gotten and manager was supposed to call
Pros:

Lots was wrong in our room. Manager said he would credit us even though I was not asking for that. Still no credit.

Cons:

Broken room shade, bathroom door would not close, room charger ports did not work, something seemed wrong with air - would not go under 72
