We were promised a credit, still have not gotten and manager was supposed to call
Pros:

Lots was wrong in our room. Manager said he would credit us even though I was not asking for that. Still no credit.

Cons:

Broken room shade, bathroom door would not close, room charger ports did not work, something seemed wrong with air - would not go under 72

Through booking and on company website states that the hotel bar is open Monday through Saturday 5p-11p
Bar hours were confirmed at check in. Bar was not open the entire length of our stay and when questioned was told it isn’t open.

I left a mirror in the room at check out and went back a couple hours later to try to find it. Staff wasn’t interested to try to help.
