Clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced
Breakfast and coffee could be bettet
I like how clean the rooms and common areas are. I appreciated the all day free coffee bar! The room's bathroom was stocked with amenities and there were plenty of towels. Finally, the women's lobby bathroom had feminine products, that was a great touch!
I did not appreciate the lack of outdoor seating. There were not benches just to sit and I ended up sitting in my camping chair next to my car in the parking lot just to enjoy my morning coffee in the fresh air. I saw a couple of other people doing the same in the evening.
While the woman's bathroom had a baby changing station, the men's did not. I hope management updates the men's facilities soon to support all traveling families.
It's was comfortable, outdated but very clean and comfortable
Quietness
I like that the room had a window seat. The rooms were clean and smelled nice after housekeeping. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Staff were very friendly & courteous. The breakfast was fantastic! Lots of great options!
Beds & pillows were uncomfortable. Our hallway (on 4th floor) was noisy with kids/other guests & it was after 10:00pm. We had to be up early the next morning.

Frustrated & angry at booking.com for not clearing my reservation with the hotel; despite issuing me a confirmation. I’ve now PAID DOUBLE to stay, since I had to put it on my credit card when Microtel didn’t find the pre paid reservation & booking.com was unable to resolve at midnight hour!
The location is convenient.
The beds are very, very firm.
The breakfast has limited items with signs stating limits on items. For example, two sausage links per guest. A breakfast attendant kept a very close eye on guest as we made our plates and ate.
The bathroom vent had what can only be described as spit wads, like kids used to make in school, on it.
It was just ok.

Only one tiny bottle of body wash was left for two people. It might be more cost effective to have the mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of the tiny bottles

Solo 2 de los 5 días que nos alojamos hicieron la habitación. El desayuno bien pobre, los waffles se habían terminado temprano y aunque llegué a los últimos 30 min quedaban solo sobras.
