The beds were comfortable

the shower would not drain. there were no cups in the room and the AC was loud and kept cutting on amd off. wouldn't hold temp.

It was ok. Everyone was friendly.
Pros:

We didn’t have to pay for parking. It was close to DQ, Taco Bell and other fast food places. Coffee was all night with different creamers to choose from. Was able to make your own pancakes. Enjoyed the. Chicken sausage.

Cons:

McDonald’s was far, Tanger Outlets was far. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Wall switch were there and nothing to turn on and off. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not enough for 3 people .

Average stay with poor pillows
Pros:

Good location and good price

Cons:

Poor handling of payment. The person concerned handling my check in was completely lost. While my documents of early check in was right in front of him , he was searching all over. Finally I had to show him my documents as I clearly saw my name. I asked him to change credit card but he did half baked. I needed supervisor support to fix the mess but I still have to see what was really corrected.
