Cons:

The pool is so cold! We couldnt even swim or ise the pool because it was way too cold. We sat in the hot tub a bit, but why have such a big pool area if its too cold u cant even enjoy it?

Rooms were clean, need more than 2 towels and washcloths and 1 handtowel
Staff very friendly

Cons:

Air-conditioning-heater, leaked outside air badly
Building smelled like wet carpet, musty.
Bathroom door was broke and didn't shut unless you pushed the broken piece.

Great Catering Experience!
Pros:

The North Dakota Safety Council, a non-profit organization, recently hosted our Annual Conference at the Bismarck Event Center and contracted with the Baymont by Wyndham - Mandan, ND, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience we had. From start to finish, the catering and service met all of our expectations and played a major role in the success of our event.
A special thank you goes to Kylie Fox, Sales Manager, whose organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our event ran smoothly. Chef Jeff and his team delivered exceptional meals—everything was fresh, well-prepared, and received rave reviews from our attendees.
We were also incredibly impressed with the service staff: Nora, Jessica, Heidi, Nancy and Tanner. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our guests’ needs. Their friendly attitudes and seamless service made a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
It’s clear that the Baymont team takes great pride in their work. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence made our conference not only successful, but truly memorable. We would highly recommend Baymont Catering to anyone planning an event and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Good Truck Parking

Cons:

Needs to be updated!! Took three times to get into a room. 1st room key did not work so had to walk from one end to the other with bags in tow to get a different key. Still did not work so made the trip again, gave me a different room at far end again, when the door opened someone was already in that room so another trip to the desk. One hour and three tries to get a room.

Thank you for a clean and comfortable nights sleep.
Pros:

Inside first impression Nice and clean, Desk clerk very nice polite. Old look though needed lighting looked dark,fresh paint.
My room was very clean fresh comforting.

Cons:

My first impression pulling up no Handicap parking spaces. Old looking tattered needed fresh paint. Building pealing next to the Lobby entrance and pool area. Parking lot needed repaying and strips. Know shops open restaurant and bar closed. Did not see snack or pop machine though.
Very unfortunate that the restaurant and bar were closed it was dinner time, I was hungry and tired long day on the road.
Walked to Walmart for some snacks.

I would never stay there again! Nor would I recommend it to anyone .
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The manager moved us to a better room when I asked, due to the fact the room we initially got was horrible. The mattress was ancient and full of lumps. The headboard had vinyl that was peeling off.

Cons:

The halls and entryways were filthy as was the elevator. I don’t think any of it has been vacuumed in the last decade. The first room we were in didn’t have any bath towels and had vinyl pealing off the headboard. The chair in the room was so badly stained I didn’t even want to put my luggage on it let alone sit there. After asking for a better room, we had to use the elevator. It was very scary. It made horrific sounds and shook all the way to the third floor.

Worst hotel experience ever!!
Pros:

The food was the only thing not nasty in this building

Cons:

There was black mold in the ceiling of bathroom and shower. The musty smell of mold was coming from the room air conditioning unit. The hallways were disgusting. The bedding was not clean.
