Had a problem with a staff member and the duty lady was very professional.
We tried to book a pickup from the airport via the number on Trip.com but no reply.
Tried again from Singapore no answer. Tried different number which rang out, tried that number again and eventually answered and although we texted from Koh Samui 2 days prior the girl on the phone would not listen to our problem and kept saying "you need to book 24 hours ahead" over and over so we got in the Grab queue for 1 hour 15 !!!

Clean rooms and supplies - they are crucial to any guests. I was fortunate to be there on New Years Eve and the fireworks party was spectacular. The amenities nearby are a great convenience. Traffic around this part is manageable as long as we avoid super peak hours.
I know the renovation are necessary to upkeep the facility. And the contractors have done up the hoardings well. However there is still a smell of glue in the lobby. Should get an industrial air freshner to clear out the smell of glue in the lobby.
Room spacious and cleaned. I have arrived at 11 am and the staff has been gentle and prepared my room in advance. Although the hotel was facing a sever redecoration all the people there made an effort to feel you comfortable.
Location is good if you are having business in Puchong, otherwise it is quite far from any central points. Since the hotel was redecorating some facilities weren't accessible (like the gym). The swiming pool is a nice addendum but it is quite small.
