外国のホテルとしては良いと思う。
Pros:

朝食が種類が豊富で味も美味しかった

Cons:

2泊しましたが初日にコンディショナーが少なかったため翌日補充されているはずと思ったらされていなかった。

Nothing impressive to talk about
Pros:

Bed was comfy and room service food were good and generous in portions.

Cons:

I was not informed aware that this hotel was under revocation, else I would have booked another place. When i called to inform that I would be late checking in at 6pm instead of 5pm, the room was not even ready. Imagine if i came early at 3pm. The room looks rundown and old, TV very difficult to navigate with limited channel, power socket near bed were not able to use until maintenance came with adaptor to sort it out. Pool with a breathtaking view of an old building which was soo pity to see. Breakfast was moderate, nothing to talk about with limited selection. I could find better food and choices nearby your hotel. Overall, i felt it was a waste of money and my time staying there.

Need to improvise the pillows and check the bidet, to keep the toilet dry and we dnt get wet too.
Pros:

Nice bed and clean room

Ottima scelta se dovete soggiornare a Puchong
Pros:

Staff molto disponibile. Ho dovuto cambiare la mia prenotazione in corso d'opera e si sono dimostrati attenti e orientati alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Cons:

Nell'hotel è in corso una riqualifica di alcuni piani. Non è nulla di grave ma si avverte un po' il senso di "lavori in corso".

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Stayed here for a concert at Bukit Jalil and was a good location with food options around. Reasonably close to the LRT. Room was comfortable and clean.

Good convenient hotel
Pros:

Easy to reach. Close to eateries and shopping areas. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning works well.

Cons:
