Even though that rooms are not the best ones I will go there again because of friendly stuff and good location
Pros:

Location is really perfect and stuff is extremely friendly.

Cons:

The hotel has now a certain age, and you can see that in many ways. For example room looks quite used.

Great location, good clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel is clean and bright. The staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms are big and airy. Many eateries nearby

Cons:

The parking area is accessed from entrance just outside the hotel, a bit strange but its ok since its covered.

We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions. The hotel is in a very good convenient location.
Pros:

We found that all front of house staff is very friendly and attentive.

In particular, Annilan the Food & Beverage Manager was exceptionally attentive and helpful.

Cons:

We prefer to drink our coffee with fresh cream. Good coffee is hard to find in KL. It would be great if the hotel can provide fresh cream.

Satisfied and excellent
Pros:

This was the second time of mine and my mother stay at this place. We found that the surroundings and cleanliness having so much improvement than 2 years ago, especially the bathroom, the water pressure becomes more stronger than before. The breakfast was nice and has plenty of choices. I'll probably choose to stay here again for my next coming trip.
