Superstaff and hotel
This was a perfect stay - we were in the area for a concert at Pine Knob. The location was great, the room was a fully equipped King suite, and check-in was seamless. There was no outrageous amount of money held on my debit card for incidentals, I want to say it was around 20 or 30 bucks and was credited to my account on the next business day.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast provided. Free wifi. Easy parking.
Check in and check out was simple. They were accommodating and professional. Would stay again for sure!
Almost everything was excellent. Only a few small things I would fix or change.
1) air conditioner rattled loudly
2) drain in tub drained too slowly while taking shower, So was standing in bath water while taking shower
3) pillows too super soft so no basically flattened
