I loved the hotel, it was impeccably clean and the staff were amazing.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, near the city centre and adjacent to the pino Suarez metro 2 line

Great location for exploring Mexico City's historic center.
Pros:

Great location, about a 10-minute walk to the Zócalo. The room was a decent size and quite clean. The bathroom had limited ventilation, and the room's soundproofing could be better, as I could hear noise from the hallway even with the door closed. I didn't have breakfast because I left early for a tour. Overall, it was a good value for the price.

Cons:

The bathroom ventilation could be improved, and the room was not very well soundproofed, so hallway noise was noticeable.

Second time staying in this hotel, everything is good.
Pros:

The hotel located on a busy street, but you don't hear any street noise and nights are quiet. Restaurant is good and prices are fair.

Housekeeking staff are very print to the needs of the room .

In a very good location and everyone is very nice .

Cons:

I honestly can’t say negativos about my staying , just maybe 2 times it was a little loud in the morning, perhaps the restaurantbis too close to the rooms , but other than that very good in general .

Location was excellent, well priced too

Cons:

Our sink leaked, however this was remedied immediately after notifying front desk, the breakfast was difficult to navigate for foreign tourists

Pros:

La ubicación, inmejorable. El personal atento a las cuestiones que tuvimos que resolver durante la estadía (por ejemplo al principio no salía agua caliente en la ducha, y nos cambiaron de habitación).

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que tuvisese frigobar. Después todo ok.

Pros:

The location close to the zocalo and stores. Loved the restaurant there!

Cons:

The water temperature in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. No AC.
