Pros:

Vi bodde i en leilighet. Deilig Spa-avdeling med svømmebasseng og flere forskjellige badstuer. Vi spiste en middag på hotellet og maten var veldig god. Personalet var superhyggelige og hjelpsomme.

The Ferienwohnung is comfortable, very clean, spacious with access to the Hotel spa and restaurant.
Pros:

We loved the spa! There are 4 saunas and a steam room, recreation space, even teas are offered. There is a good restaurant on site.

Cons:

All was fine.

Es war mal wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub, auch wenn es viel geregnet hat — wir waren jeden Tag wan

Die Lage war super — nur 15 Minuten zum Busbahnhof 👍 . Waschmaschine im Keller, Bügeleisen und Wäscheständer vorhanden 👍. Räume großzügig 👍. Schöne Terrasse !

Cons:

Bei 4 Sterne hätte ich mir eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht , die den Kaffee richtig aufbrüht bzw. sogar einen Kaffeevollautomat . Der Sonnenschirm dürfte mal erneuert werden und ein Stuhl im Schlafzimmer ( abgenutzt ).
Dieses fiel auf , da die Wohnung ansonsten sehr stilvoll eingerichtet war.
Kommen sehr gerne wieder, da das Hotel sehr schick war — mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Aber am allerbesten war das Personal — einfach super freundlich und hilfsbereit 👍

Stayed three nights. Great location to walk to the Berchtesdgaden HBF station and get around the area. Clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet and relaxed overall. Restaurant was very good as well

Pros:

Room was very clean, staff were very nice, balcony has great view, excellent breakfast, nothing we don’t like! Oh , and the half board dinner was excellent, for €29 per person you get 3 court dinner plus salads bar, deluoabd well presented!

Tatsächlich etwas laut wegen der Verkehrslage beim geöffneten Fenster, trotzdem geschlafen wie ein Stein.
Personal großartig, sehr hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig und sehr sehr freundlich!
Tolles Frühstück, schöne Saunalandschaft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it keeps getting better! If you are looking for a quaint authentic German mountain hotel this is what you want! They are friendly and the breakfast is amazing! I highly recommend!
