Un endroit magnifique
Pros:

L hôtel est exceptionnel. Le lieu est magnifique. Le personnel est au petit soin souriant dès l arrivée.
La chambre est propre calme avec tout le nécessaire.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très varié il y a pour tous les goûts.
Le dinner est parfait, 4 plats au choix.

Pros:

Our first room was not nice. Lokked dated but the second room (after asking to be moved) was great. Very big and very well organized.
Next to the hoyel, there is a nice supermarket.
The dinners were very good. We didn't ordered in advance, and enjoyed coosing every evening from the menue.
The breackfast, was good and pleasant

Cons:

The view is not the same as we used to have in our previous hotels. The location is not in the beautiful nature of Tirol, but more city, and not beautiful

Jeder Zeit wieder.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.Das Zimmer groß und ein wunderbarer Ausblick.Im Sommer kann es im Zimmer sehr warm werden,stellen aber Ventilatoren bereit.Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.Spa bereich war sehr gut.

Der Abschluss unserer Bodensee Königssee Tour war in diesem Hotel gelungen
Pros:

Auf unserer Fahrradtour im strömenden Regen angekommen wurden wir direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und begleitet, um schnell ins Trockene und auf das Zimmer zu kommen. Uns wurde Halbpension angeboten, die direkt preiswerter war als a la Karte.
Das Essen ist gut, das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr warm, es gegabelt aber einen großen Ventilator der für angenehmere Temperaturen sorgte.rundum waren wir die beiden Tage sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.das Personal stets freundlich und hilfreich. Der Wellness Bereich mit den verschiedenen Saunen sehr gut und sauber.

Cons:

Das Toilettenpapier ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es hat keinen klaren Abriss, so dass man das Gefühl hat Zuviel davon zu gebrauchen.

Erre 19:50 kor utánunk jött a wellness be egy hölgy, aki azt mondta, hogyha most azonnal nem megyünk akkor nem kapunk vacsorát, miközben 21:00 nyitva van és leadtuk előre a vacsi igènyt…egy szóval unszimpatikus hozzáállás…

Hotel je umístěn asi 700m od autobusového a vlakového nádraží odkud se dá jet ke všem lákavým cílům, když si necháte vystavit kartu hosta, neplatíte nic, vyjma lanovky na Jenner nebo Orlí hnízdo. Snídaňový bufet na kvalitní úrovni, večeře výběrem z tříchodového menu, také vynikající. Pokoj byl podle našeho přání ve 3. podlaží s výhledem na hory (pokoj 304).
Parkování bez problémů. Bazén uvnitř hotelu s venkovními lehátky a slunečníky na travnaté ploše. Značení k hotelu bez problémů. Josef

Prijeten hotel z odličnim zajtrkom precej daleč od centra. Sobe niso klimatizirane.

Odličen zajtrk, čiste sobe

Cons:

Do centra mesta je 1.5 km. Hotel nima klimatiziranih sob kar je bilo ob vročinskem valu zelo neprijetno.
Vse storitve dodatno zaračunavajo. Pred kolesarjenjem sva z ženo zaprosila, naj nam zjutraj napolnijo bidončka z vodo iz pipe. Zaračunali so nama jo po višji ceni kot je bila voda v minibaru
