Good hotel in remote part of Japan with small rooms, efficient, helpful staff and simple services
Pros:

Room was small but well equipped. Check-in was marred by 7.7 strength earthquake. Staff coped well and got us checked in whilst damage assessment ways in progress. Laundry was good.

Cons:

Breakfast choice was limited for European traveller. Long distance from Shinkansen station.
