Pros:

Everything was Panda themed. Seemed like I'm at the panda park. I liked that, however some of the panda toys were kind of old, clean though. Not that I care about toys. The hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep quite well. The breakfast area was very small with very limited breakfast options.
The receptionists were very friendly and nice but the next morning when I went to have breakfast, I wasn't really pleased with the food and the service.
They took all the food away, even when there were people still sitting there and I believe it was 10am. Also the food was not so fresh with very very limited options.
I don't recommend the breakfast. The hotel itself is okay.

Pros:

かわいいパンダ達がロビー、エレベーター、お部屋の中でお出迎えしてくれます。
スタッフの方も深夜に到着したにも関わらず、翻訳アプリを駆使してエレベータの使い方、朝食の場所・時間を丁寧に説明してくれました。
部屋も広く清潔でとても居心地がよかったです。
とても快適な４日間を過ごすことができました。
また成都を訪れた際には利用させていただきます。

チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ
Pros:

チェックインになぜあんなに時間がかかるのかわからない。まずExpediaのバウチャーを見せてもわからない様子。パスポートをコピーするのは理解できるが、写メも撮ってどこかへ送っていたり、あちこち電話をかけたり、2人でいろいろ相談していたり。結局30分かかってようやくカードキーを渡してきた。
デポジットの200元はクレジットカード（銀聯）は不可。たまたま現金を持っていたからよかったが、翌朝の帰国便に備えて空港に近いホテルを選んだから、普段ならそんな大金持ってなかったはず。
翌朝の空港へ行くタクシーを予約しようとしたら自分で呼べと。外国人旅行者に中国のウーバーは使えないでしょう。
