フロントマン、サービスは言うことなし
ホテルのガイドは最初に目を通すのが大事と一言あればなお良かった
飲料水サービスと1階のドリンクサービスはかなり嬉しい

I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Matsuyama
Pros:

Great location right next to Okaido Shopping Street, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, many of them open until late in the evening. It was also not very far from a tram station and bus stop, which made it easy explore Matsuyama.

The hotel also offers several nice complimentary services, including free drinks, free amenities, and luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out.

The breakfast is mainly Japanese-style, so if you're expecting a Western breakfast with lots of pastries, you may be disappointed. There were only two or three types of bread available, but there was a good variety of Japanese dishes.

Cons:

Since the hotel is located near Okaido Shopping Street, I could hear people returning late at night. The room's sound insulation didn't block outside noise particularly well, so light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. That said, this only happened once during my three-night stay, around 1:00 a.m., so it may not be a frequent occurrence.

古いけどコスパ良し
Pros:

繁華街に近く、奥道後から引かれた温泉に入れること。
スタッフさんの挨拶も気持ちよく、ウェルカムドリンクやアメニティバーにバスソルトがあったりとホスピタリティは高く感じた。

Cons:

施設が古い。特にエレベーターは定員11人と記載されていたが、6人目でブザーが鳴っていた。

とても快適で良かった
Pros:

奥道後から直接ひいている温泉にわりといつでも入れる所。
また繁華街からも近く、向かいにドンキホーテがあるので旅行中の買い忘れやちょっとした物の調達も便利。
コインランドリーは無料なので長期の滞在にも向いています。

Cons:

どうしても建物自体が古いので、そういった点が気になる方には向かないかもしれません。
