Nova Park Hotel

The room description said it will sleep up to 3 people, but that's not true. The beds are tiny and they couch is not a sleeper so we were charged extra 30 dhs for an additional bed.

Old building with poor plumbing, not enough water pressure, paint smell in hallways

I past only one night with my husband so I didn’t see any thing there and I m asking why the break fast isn’t in the price

I was asking a customer service at front desk after i check out to call someone so i could get direction, i was asked to pay 1.20 derham just to make local phone call. This makes it cheep, greedy management to loose customers

The location seems very reasonable however, the hotel staff is very unprofessional and shady. The front desk refused to give my passport until i demanded it and reminded it was agaist the law.

Staff knocked after 10pm claiming to do room service, which was extremely weired and I did not open the door and reported to front desk.

Hotel staff refused to give my passport back, until i demanded and notified i was well aware of my rights and UAE law does not require them to hold my passport under any law. Random people knocked at the door in the middle of night claiming they wanted to clean to room.

It is a very old hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. But the hotel needs huge maintenance. Everything is old, rusty and out-of-date. Things are falling apart. Once you enter the apartment, you get a shock to see such old things still under use. The management needs to upgrade the rooms. Its not anything like what is seen in the pix.

The check-in was quick. This is an old hotel, which I have seen since my childhood! The rooms were clean. However, the facilities are a bit old. The kitchen does not have any gas oven or even a microwave. So you won't be able to cook. It has a mini refrigerator. The toilet facilities are old, need to be refurbished.

I had to check-out 3 days before the schedule date and the hotel promptly refunded the balance. Staff are courteous. Specifically, I would mention the security guard and the concierge staff who helped us with our huge luggage.

There is a restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast is valued at AED 35 I guess.

Not a good hotel. It's very expensive and there is no free Wi-Fi, no breakfast and no room service. I don't recommend it to anyone travelling to Sharjah. Better to book early and take Rotana.
