Lokasi mudah untuk pergi jalan-jalan sekitar bandar dan hotel menyediakan tempat letak kereta.

Cons:

Ruang terhad untuk solat dan pergerakan dalam bilik sebab kecil. Kecuali nak pergi tingkat 2 untuk ke surau. Tapi agak leceh sebab biasanya kita lebih memilih solat di dalam bilik.
