Our stay in Ayla Al Bawadi is so nice & memorable…
The room was so clean &the service is good… I need to appreciate specially the reception staff, they r so professional, polite & helpful….

This was my second time stay at the Ayla Bawadi hotel. I enjoyed my room, breakfast, and the connection to the Mall. The hotel staff was friendly but I must mention Mr Amir at the reception was made my reservation and made my stay very comfortable. He is very professional in his work and knows his job very well. Because of him I came second time to this hotel. He is very active and without wasting time he handles a lot of groups coming into the hotel handle everyone very efficiently. He deserves acknowledgement.
I am planning to visit Al Ain and stay in the hotel again next month.

the staff was friendly especially Ms. Rose. the room was beyond comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top notch. i recommend the hotel to all especially traveling with your love ones.. more power to your hotel

One of the best hotels around. Good locations, comfy rooms at good price. Very considerate and friendly staff (esp. the receptionist Ms. Imane), good restaurant service although with limited food options, good housekeeping service. Definitely recommended.

Staffs are very accommodating to us when we come, the rooms are big enough for us friends to enjoy, everything is very clean, beds are very soft and nice to sleep well, washroom is clean…. They give us what we need like water that we requested..

We loved the location and the ambiance of the beautiful i historic hotel. We spent some time in the upstairs bar and enjoyed the views while sampling amazing drinks and appetizers. Our whole experience was memorable!

A few issues with the room which took a while to sort out, the bed was a double, not the queen we booked and breakfast was very poor.

Very clean. Nice location. Friendly staffs.

Booked a room with two single beds. Got giving 1x Queen bed, asked to change it. Was told everything was booked and they didn't have anything left. But then contacted me the next day, and wanted to charge me 450 Dirhams to change.
