Terrible roads and a wrong choice. I would not go back.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok and most of the staff are willing to help.

Cons:

For food, the display of cooking utensils in the dining area seems very decorative. In booking.com pictures, it looks like that they have a lot of choices for their breakfast, but in reality, it was a limited choice.

The room was very dirty, and the shelves were not cleaned for a long time in the room we were given for the first night. The noise of the room was so loud and continuous that I had to ask to change to another room for the other nights.

In the property description, a paid shuttle to Jimbaran Beach was listed, but actually there is no such service at all.

The hotel is located very far from central areas and the last 3 minutes of the road to the hotel was literally unbearable - rocky and bumpy. No wonder Gojek and Grab riders were reluctant to pick customers up from it. This place is not a good choice in terms of location unless you can ride motorbikes very well yourself.

The facilities of the room are outdated. The tap water in the rooms was not working at all. Fortunately shower water was plenty, so I had to use that to wash hands. The kettle was for decoration only and it is not useable.

Pros:

Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, hotel ima prelep bazen, baštu i restoran i atmosfera u hotelu je tako lepa i ima pozitivnu energiju! Doručak je bio dobar , a u restoranu smo takodje ručali i večerali i hrana je izvrsna. Ostali bi ovde duže

Cons:

Jedino nam se nije dopala lokacija jer je put do hotela neasvaltiran i teško je stići bilo gde bez motora ili kola, a mi smo bili sa malom bebom u kolicima. Vidi se da je hotel kvalitetno uredjen ali već star i sobe su baš u lošem stanju i treba ih renovirati, što smo i videli da se neke sobe već renoviraju. Svakako nam se dopalo i uživali smo jer smo dobili sobu pored bazena i za tu cenu zaista vredi odsesti.

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Pool bar with cocktails and dinner served. The road on the way there is very bad and is a little bit out in the middle of no where. More of a locals area with a resort nestled in the middle. I liked it. Peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

Nothing very good value for money. Away from hassle and bustle.

Pros:

Hôtel propre et calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est très confortable. Il dispose d’un restaurant avec des prix avantageux, bien pratique quand on ne veut pas manger dehors. Le personnel est très avenant

Cons:

Je n’avais pas d’eau chaude dans ma chambre. L’hôtel est assez éloigné des centres d’intérêt.
