Great location...Best Breakfast...
We have stayed at the hotel many times wouldn't give us a up graded room...Our room this time was the size of a shoe box...
The staff and the breakfast and the town and the building
We also appreciated the upgrade for one night
We absolutely 💯 hated the smell of the hallway and our room with the disgusting air freshener and the view of 4 brick walls and a loud heater that stopped late on Saturday evening and didn't come back on and not being able to take showers because we couldn't get hot water
Nothing the property was old and dirty. Unsafe walking conditions, the steps were falling down and the floor was falling through. There were no locks on the doors of the room either.
Everything. It was such bad conditions we didn’t stay more than 10 minutes.
I liked the location. Came for a concert so it was right around the block from the performing arts center, and restaurants were walking distance. Shower was hot and good pressure. Free breakfast.
People above has had kids and were jumping around the whole time. Not the properties fault. Coffee pot didn’t work well, but that’s a small thing

Not much. Maybe the breakfast buffet.
Ongoing renovation, cramped bathroom, stains on bathroom wall, smallest shower I have seen in a hotel, small and slow elevators.
5th or 6th time staying here…FANTASTIC location, great breakfast, love having the bar/restaurant on site. Staff is always amazing.
This was my first time staying in one of the rooms overlooking the pool, so there was more light coming in the window, and a bit more noise. I think the biggest complaint is that our shower/tub water did not get hot. It was luke warm at best. When we got out we were shivering bc the water never got hot- even all the way turned up. Which was wild considering the sink water was SO HOT so quickly. I thought “man we’re getting nice hot showers tonight” based off how hot the sink water got….boy was I wrong😂 I’m just glad it wasn’t a weekend where I was cold and damp from hiking.

We love the Genetti. Breakfast is especially good. Lovecthe history and ambience.
It was hardvl to find a parking space in their lot in the rain. We had to "invent" a space and walk from the far end to the door with oyr bags. Many spots taken by people who were there for an event but not spending the night.

I enjoyed the grandeur, obviously in need of refurbishing but still evident. The posted signs indicate a major overhaul is pending, and I can see the potential for bringing back the elegance of yesteryear. We came for a show at the Journey Center- right around the corner- perfect! The buffet breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The knob for the heat lamp (possibly fan?) in the bathroom was missing so an unusable feature. Otherwise, we enjoyed our room!
