Satisfied
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights during the week. Clean room and facility. Quiet. Great location. View from our room balcony was perfect especially when too chilly to be out much. Gary at reception gave us a warm welcome, checked us in quickly, gave us an overview of the area and suggested several restaurants. Liked that the key cards worked consistently without a hitch. Elevator. Would certainly stay there again and recommend highly.

It was very great and we know we will book at this hotel when we visit St Augustine again! :)
Pros:

The location was top tier! We enjoyed having a balcony with the view on the bay! The food was good too :) The hotel manager was so kind and sweet :)

Cons:

Some equipments (like the elevator) need some refurbishement but other than that it was very great!

Excellent, well managed property.
Pros:

I really enjoyed this property. Very well done, quaint hotel. It is well maintained inside and out with a nice patio and chairs to enjoy the view. They offer a different breakfast menu daily and is served to you by staff; excellent. They also offer a nightly appetizers .

Cons:

Did not have a microwave in the room.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable , happy hour / social hour was ok ( small portion of snacks - nothing memorable, no need to make a change of plans for it ). The breakfast itself was lovely ( However I found the service a bit rushed and lacking ). The noise from the bridge was not ideal at night though it was pretty to look at . The staff was very nice in the front desk area at check in . One staff member brought me a towel for the pool, a kind gesture, but then another staff member was a bit rude about pool towels during check out, as the previous staff member had accidentally given me a towel without signing it out. Overall I was disappointed. I had wanted to stay here for many years , the reviews had been strong but it wasn’t as upscale as I had hoped . Obviously the roach experience was very gross and unpleasant.

Cons:

I found a roach in our bathroom . I was shocked that a nice place like this would have this problem . It was very unpleasant and I had to take care of it myself as I didn’t want to alarm my husband ( it was his birthday and I didn’t want to make a big deal and ruin the memory ). Normally in a case like this I would have insisted on a different room . I did tell the manager and they said sorry but that was it . I would have appreciated a drink voucher or breakfast voucher or a simple way to win us back . I had planned on staying again in the future and bringing our boat to the docks , but I am not Kate anymore .

There was way to much mold in the bathroom
I understand that the bottom rooms do flood when it’s a king tide or storm that comes at the same time as high tide

Pros:

The entire experience was wonderful, from the immaculate room and grounds to the delicious shrimp and grits breakfast overlooking the picturesque Bridge of Lions and Historic St. Augustine. It was a delightful stay and one I hope to replicate again very soon.

Great location! Great View! Clean room! Friendly and professional staff!
Pros:

The included breakfast every day was creative and delicious. Our compliments to the chef and to the super friendly server staff. Getting greeted by Belinda's smile every morning was always a great way to start the day! And the ricotta-berry blintz was a special treat with our morning coffee.

Wonderful stay and hope to return in the future and encourage other family members to go as well
Pros:

Amazing and friendly staff. View was very nice. Breakfast and service excellent. Location was perfect for walking in old town.

Cons:

The only complaint would be the bathroom in room had missing paint and hooks were loose for towels. To be really picky the elevator was slow and really hot.
