Was told there was a 50$ early check in fee. I tried to put my bags in my room at 1 pm and was told it would be an extra 50$. I will never stay at this hotel again. Pure greed.

Until it wasn’t cleaned at all and I stayed there for 4 nights… the first morning I was there, I went out to go on a walk and the cleaners were in the hallway and when I came back 1 1/2 hours later they were still in the hallway but my room was never cleaned. On the 3rd day staying there I called cause I wanted to come back to a clean room after a long day so I asked if my room was going to be cleaned (or if it was cleaned) cause it had not been cleaned yet, And the front desk person said no and that the cleaners have left for the day. And on the mirror of the room that I was staying in, it said they would provide cleaning every other day. So I was very disappointed in that. I like when I pay for a hotel knowing that I am being taken care of and will have my ro

Definitely stay here, rooms a lot bigger than the other hotels down the street
Pros:

The location is absolutely fantastic! Shopping centers so close by. Movies close by. Everyone was very nice and several people asked and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Cutting corners will cost you money on the long rum
Pros:

Apparently the hotel was renovated 2 months ago according to staff. You could still see the plaster and debris left by the renovation in the corners of the sinks on the floor in three different rooms that I viewed. One of my sinks doesn't have hot water and the other one only has intermittent hot water. The shower doors in all three rooms that I looked at, had significant mold in the track of each of the shower doors. The closet doors wouldn't close because they were off their track and the bathroom door couldn't close because they'd obviously had replaced the flooring but didn't ensure there was enough clearance for the door. If so many corners were cut to save money. What else am I not seeing?

Property has great potential
Pros:

Beds very comfy. Double sinks and good lighting for bathroom. Updating my post - spoke with the GM today about the lack of hot water. She issued us a partial reimbursement with the promise to remedy the issue for future guests. The staff is very nice.

Cons:

No hot water. Worked 1x we were there...my wedding guest also staying there had same experience. Ridiculous. The breakfast was fake eggs , oatmeal, no edible per my daughter.
