Cons:

The room assigned was originally listed at over $300 for the night. Even with Booking deal this room was over priced. Needs major update. Overall Hotel feels run down. Paid extra for breakfast and that was disappointing. Most trays well picked over with food spilled out on the counters and not readily cleaned up. The selection was poor and cook used her bare hands instead of a spoon to dish out omelette selections. Despite great location, unfortunately will not be returning.

Excelente opción en hospedaje en Cancún
Pros:

El personal muy amable y atento. Tuvieron la amabilidad de darnos la habitación antes de la hora del check in lo cual agradezco mucho ya que nos fue de gran utilidad

Schönes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, toller Blick über Cancun (auf der richtigen Seite), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Cons:

Keine Stühle auf dem Balkon, auch nicht auf Nachfrage erhalten, der Balkon ist daher kaum zu gebrauchen; Wasserlieferungen mittels Tankwagen sind störend laut (wenn man das Zimmer auf der falschen Seite hat); es dauert lange, bis in der 10 Etage warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt: Schade.

Bonne situation, mais hôtel vieillissant.
Bon service de conciergerie.

Cons:

Une seule chaise de balcon, pas de table. Pourtant la vue est magnifique!
Manque un fauteuil dans la chambre qui est spacieuse…
