Decent but disappointing
Pros:

Fast elevators. Fairly clean. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Got woken up 3 nights in a row by workers renovating, fixing the neighboring room.
Told staff on the second day and unbelievably it still happened on the third. We have video evidence.
I suffer from insomnia and cherish my sleep, once woken up I can't fall asleep again for hours. This has affected my stay here in Cancun.
The staff tried to get us to sign something saying we wouldn't post negative comments on any platform, in exchange for "an upgraded dinner", which we declined. Just ridiculous for workers to be engaged at 4 a.m. with guests in the very next room.

Ok stay if you need to be in this part of Cancún
Pros:

The pool is nice, and the view from the 12th floor's room was beautiful. The location was convenient as I needed to be in that part of town, but in general it is not an interesting part of Cancún (is there even an interesting part of Cancún one wonders)

Cons:

Worst pillows ever, should have brought mine from home. Very sparsely furnished room. Once chair on the balcony, no fridge, just a feeling of everything being a bit tired and worn out.
