La vista de mi habitación

Cons:

No había agua en mi habitación, llegó xadi hasta la noche, no funcionaba bien el tanque de agua de la taza del baño, mucho ruido de la arena de luchas que está pegada al hotel, el desayuno del bufet estaban fríos los guisados, no hay sistema de trasporte colectivo como en la zona hotelera.

solo no me gusto que en el desayuno lleve un pan que no comi y para no tirarlo y dejarlo en el plato lo cargue en la mano y sali con el y me regañaron que no se podia hacer, siento que fue un poco grosero y solo llevaba un pan no era como todo un desayuno

Největší výhodou hotelu byl beach club v partnerským hotelu Krystal Cancun, do kterého jezdí shuttle. Snídaně byly dostačující. Pokoj ve 12 patře s výhledem.

Cons:

Zápach z odpadu v koupelně. Tepla voda byla jen přes den, večer tekla spíš vlažná. Každý den nová registrace do beach clubu, což je zbytečné. Shuttle nejezdí včas.
2x nám dali capuccino zadarmo a 3 den nás upozornili že se platí. Když uklízečka viděla na pokoji nasi vlastni vodu, tak nám nedala lahve vody, které uváděli, že jsou doplňované. Hotel je trochu dál od centra. Staré vybavení hotelu, neodpovídá fotkám. Na terese nebylo žádné posezení.

Solides Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in cancun

- bequeme Betten
- tolle Aussicht
- modern
- gute Lage zum Flughafen

Cons:

- es hat nach Schimmel im Zimmer gerochen und man konnte dadurch nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was dann auch dementsprechend laut war
- Frühstück war okay

Desayuno muy rico, esta padrisimo que tengas acceso al club de playa, las camas del hotel son muy comodas, la habitacion muy amplia , muy buena ubicacion, segunda vez, y seguiriamos regresando

en general el personal super amable, pero si nos toco una persona en front desk el dia de pedir lo del club de playa muy apatica, la otra señorita de cabello chino la verdad super amable

El hotel muy viejo, se oye lo que pasa tres habitaciones más allá, no hay artículos de aseo personal, el inodoro sin sanitizar, la mesa de trabajo si tienes que conectar un computador tienes que moverla a medio de la habitación. Y cobran como un hotel 5 estrellas. Calidad- precio pesima

Apart from that everything else is good.

And the front desk staff and the staff that meet us at the door.

Cons:

My only problem I had was when I wanted a spoon to take to my room because I wanted to eat something that I came with when I check in. There was a lady across from the front desk that served at the bar I believe, she would be the one who normally would gave you complimentary drinks when you check in wanted to charge for a spoon. Like what.

Then I do believe breakfast should be included in the price when people are checking in at your hotel no matter what the price are.
