Don’t waste your money by staying at this hotel ❗️❗️❗️

There’s nothing to like about this place. As soon as you walk in the door, you find yourself wondering, “Where did I end up?” The front desk is a complete disaster. The senior staff member standing there, who barely speaks any English, is clearly just there to avoid doing any actual work. Even the junior staff member working alongside her and undergoing training is so helpful and friendly. The elevators are hot, the floor hallways aren’t cooled, and the carpets are dirty and dusty. The towels in the bathroom have turned gray. One had a blood-like stain on it. The towel was washed, but the stain didn’t come out. The room is very old. There’s no refrigerator in the room in this heat. Breakfast isn’t just bad—it’s AWFUL. None of the products used at breakfast are of mid-to-high-end quality. I think the products used at breakfast should be tested to see what kind of quality they offer. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again. I have no idea how it managed to get a rating above 8. Lately, whenever I come across hotels like this, I’ve started to stop trusting reviews as much as I used to. In short, don’t waste your money by staying at this hotel.

Great place for business travel with no frills.
Pros:

Clean, roomy, fine for a night or two.

Cons:

This is definitely a one or two nights stay if you have business in Cancun as the restaurant and pool were mediocre at best. The security also seemed difficult as the Uber driver had a hard time accessing the property.

The location was great for accessing downtown.

Cons:

Many times the line at the front desk was long. Checking/checkout was incredibly inefficient. Staff was more focused on setting up time share tours than helping guests.

Второй раз не останусь. Затертые старые полотенца, гразное изголовье кроватей. Пятна на полотенцах. И отдельно, стоимост

They really need to get professional

I had stayed here three years ago for 9 nights.this time and the first time I had trouble checking in a hotel that I had already paid for.becsuse I didn’t have my marriage name on the passport.it was a big mess.had to fill out paperwork.then they called at 10:30 pm to come fill out paperwork for next day.told me I was vip and qualified for a 2pm check out.now today they locked me out again more paperwork and told me I have to find out tomorrow if o can get the vip.they are the most unprofessional front desk and especially say supervisor I have ever experienced

buena opción si estás todos el día haciendo algunas actividades.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. El personal amable en todos los sentidos, siempre resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. El tamaño de la habitación es bueno.

Cons:

En mi caso, creo que hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a la habitación que me toco 1205. En el techo algunas manchas y el espejo con muchas manchas.
