LRH Viña del Mar and Convention Center

Un hotel que fue de lo mejor, hoy envejecido, antiguo, alfombras viejas y manchadas, baños de los años 90, el acceso por la calle sucio y mal cliente, caminar de noche se siente inseguro.
Fue comprado por una sociedad hotelera, ojalá recuperen el nivel que tuvo, yo por tanto no volvería, otra cosa desagradable e incomprensible, pague por adelantado y puse a mi pareja como huésped titular ya que llegaría más temprano y pudiera acceder a la habitación, sin embargo al llegar le pidieron una garantía por el valor de una noche y como no llevo la tarjeta, tuvo que esperarme dos horas a mi llegada....con eso claramente el servicio se fue aún más por el retrete...ridícula exigencia si pague por adelantado......no lo recomiendo

Buena atención en recepción y restaurante. Sólo falta mantenimiento y remodelación.

The room was small but comfortable. The staff was 100 stars. They went out of their way to help and saved us from a $5,000 scam!!

I was very pleased with this hotel. I originally booked another hotel and when i arrived to vina del mar, they said that they did not have the rasvervation. Expedia was excellent with upgrading me to the Gala hotel at no extra charge. The hotel was walking distance to the Vina del Mar music festival and also offered sea views from the room as well as a jacuzzzi tub that I didn't get the opportunity to take advantage of. There was staff at the front desk that were bilingual and they provided me with an iron. The hotel and room was clean, breakfast was included and the room was soacious with a separate sitting area. The only area for improvement would be the decor. The hotel is older and as such the decor is dated but no complaints otherwise.

The hotel was in a deplorable condition: old, stained walls and carpets, peeling painting, old furniture, breakfast was not of good quality, old closet with door that did not open. Guests were addressed in writing as "passengers" !!?? A/c was powerful and room spacious, though.

Great location and nice views but thats it. I wish i had thoroughly read past reviews. The carpet in the room was disgusting, the drapes were old and woren out.the tv remote was woren out too, could hardly read the numbers. The staff were good and did thier best but this hotel is old and outdated. My advice is look for another hotel.

Todo muy bueno, necesito solo que he enviado correo porque necesitamos confirmar si la billetera de mi pareja se quedó y no he podido comunicarme.

Quarto grande, cama grande, confortável, limpo, com uma vista incrível!!. Atendentes muito atenciosos do início ao fim da estadia!!

Pedí cambiar fecha por que no podía presentarme por problemas personales. En consecuencia perdí mi dinero!

We had a super stay at Gala Hotel for one week, the time to find a flat in Viña. Room was super spacious, with a nice view.

The cleaning was perfect and the staff super friendly. Don’t expect a luxurious hotel but at this price the value for money was excellent, with a buffet breakfast included. The location is also ideal, in the center of Viña, and very close to restaurants and groceries.

Myriam and Jose were extremely attentive and helpful. I really recommend them!! Great location close to the water. Rooms size were generous and the jacuzzi was very comfortable. I would definitely come back
