Not a good experience
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The rooms they had offered were not clean. Actually the beds were not made and full garage cans. They gave us different rooms and the same thing happened. The third try did work.

Don't choose it unless you have to.

The young lady at the reception was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel corridors and the room had a very unpleasant odor; the bed didn't feel clean or hygienic at all, and the cleaning was very inadequate—there was hair everywhere. The décor was straight out of the 80s. I definitely wouldn't want to stay there again.

Accoglienza abbastanza scortese. Bisogna sottolineare, però, che hanno cambiato gestione o proprietà durante il nostro soggiorno. Penso abbiano cambiato anche tutto lo staff. Camera grande, ma tv che funziona male, letto non comodissimo e il bagno fa un rumore assurdo (come se si tirasse sempre lo sciacquo) durante la notte. A 20 minuti da Venice Beach, questo è un punto a favore

Jolly Rodger aka dodgy rodger
Pros:

We booked at the jolly Rodger en route with booking.com When we arrived we inspected and it wasn't up to standard from our 3 couples. It was already paid for. They verbally agreed to a refund. 3 weeks later it is still nor resolved by either party. Numerous calls, messages and emails have been un answered. The conditions are that the first night rate be taken upon cancellation, fair enough, but we cancelled within the hour of booking. We requested and by rights should be reimbursed for the other nights that are unused and paid in full for. BOTH parties are at fault here. And if course booking.com will have their cut as well. We are and looks like we are and still will be the losers here. Shame on shonky businesses.

Cons:

That we inspected the rooms, didn't like the condition, cancelled, hotel kept ALL our money, even after agreeing to a refund. They haven't answered any calls. Emails or messages. Booking.com are not any better.

They Agreed to a refund after inspection and cancellation of rooms. Jolly Rodger Agreed to a refund, they KEPT all the money paid for 3 rooms. Won't reply after numerous attempts. So bad for a business ti do this.

Günstig und angenehm für kurze Aufenthalte in LA.
Pros:

Das Hotel war angenehm und ruhig. Kostenlose überdachte Parkplätze gab es vor Ort. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett.

Cons:

Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern. Es tut was es soll.
