Simply simple: it’s all the stuff without the fluff. BTW, that would make a great slogan for this property.

The Demin reminded me of staying in W Hotel in Seattle. The main attention is given to what the customer needs and there is no fru-fru whatsoever.

Great stay, staff friendly and welcoming. No problem when our family sat at bar and lobby past time.

The ants that were in my room, the housekeeper did come immediately and spray but I had to leave early because they came back. But besides that I didn’t like the property.
