Great Staff makes up for any deficiencies.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful. They gave us a warm welcome. They handled someone pulling fire alarm at 10:30 pm with grace.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower was really low. Breakfast was ok. Had to pay for canned OJ

Pleasant surprise in Greensboro
Pros:

Location near good restaurants; easy access to downtown via public transportation. And I liked the denim theme in the hotel room
