The location and cleanliness
The manager (Walter). We stayed for 2 nights in 2 family King studio rooms and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
We arrived around 10pm after travelling from London and were told that the hotel was full and that the King Studio rooms we had booked were not available. Instead, we were offered a completely different type of room. We were exhausted after the journey and really didn’t have the energy to argue, so after about 10–15 minutes we reluctantly accepted rooms on the top two floors, where construction work was still going on and we were told we would be the only guests there.
Then, just 15 minutes after getting into the rooms, we received another call telling us that we couldn’t stay there after all! We were then given one double room and one King Studio on different floors, not even next to each other. So after travelling all the way from London and checking in late at night, we had to pack up and move rooms again.
The whole situation was extremely frustrating and completely unnecessary. What made it worse was the attitude of the manager, Walter. We did not feel that he was particularly helpful or accommodating, and there was very little sense that anyone was taking responsibility for the situation.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, but how they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this was handled very poorly.
We chose Marriott expecting a certain standard of service and reliability, and this experience was nowhere near the standard we would expect from Marriott.
Very disappointing, especially when travelling with family. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into what happened.
A localização é central, o quarto era espaçoso e tinha todo o que nós era necessário (café, ferro de engomar, despertador). Nós foi dado água ao check-in que foi muito apreciado.
A entrada do hotel é partilhado com outro hotel, um pouco confuso para quem não é habituado. O pequeno-almoço é o mesmo todos os dias sem muita variedade.

While booking parking fee was extra which never mentioned.We had to pay 55$ per night.
There was no hot water in the shower.
The front office staff, was zero courteous. No greeting, not even looking at face.
Very poor hospitality. Should keep trained staff.

The parking was ridiculous even with paying for valet.
Took hours to park or get your car out. Staff was less than helpful.
Bed was extremely hard.
Concerns were not heard or dealt with.
