Buffet break was sparse just cheap food.
Understaffed, had issues with room access, phones not working, elevators not running, noise, it was not a good stay.
Friendly staff - from the patient and personable Travis at reception to the cleaning staff who refused tips and the valet parking guys always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable although I do wonder how often the duvet gets washed (it was between two sheets and not in a cover). The shower was hot was fantastic pressure.
We were nervous about being on the 2nd floor where the dining room and meetings rooms but we heard no noise and were not bothered by breakfast smells.
On the negative side a frosted glass bathroom door is not a great idea as the light shone onto the bed. We also could not find stairs and had to take the elevator up and down one floor which was annoying
The rooms were nice and roomy. Breakfast was good and most staff was friendly.
When we checked in the night clerk was not all that friendly. Saying that, she was not rude at all. The worst thing is that the unadvertised price for parking is $55 + tax per day for a total of just under $60.
Away from a lot of places so it wasn’t too crowded.
The cleaning lady that was working on our floor didn’t take the trash as we requested. She or someone else put it back inside our room after we left. Plus, I had to ask for conditioner because mine was empty and we had asked that the bedding to be replaced in one of our rooms because my niece had spilled BBQ sauce on it. None of this was done as we had requested.
I had to walk with the Security guard to 4 different floors to find another bed spread that was too small.
Plus, the AC was stuck on 65 and my niece is now sick and has an upper respiratory infection. Which the ER said is from the room not being cleaned properly and the AC unit being dirty and too cold.
To top that off… I have photos of my shower and bathroom walls and areas that were not cleaned properly. There was an orange bacteria in the shower, with damage to the shower door and water damage to the vanity area. Black mold looking stuff along the baseboards.
So, NO, I’m not happy with our stay. We paid way too much money to have all these issues!!!
The place was clean and quiet and super conveniently located for the marathon that I was there to run. The main bed in the room was comfortable and the staff was nice.
The mattress on the pull out bed that my daughters slept on definitely could have been better.
I checked in on 2025.12.20 & checked out on 2025.12.27.
There was no hot water on 2025.12.24, resulting in my family’s unpleasant experience of showering with only cold water on Christmas Eve. I was told the Area General Manager would be in on 2025.12.25. I emailed him asking to meet in person that day, but he didn't reply until 2025.12.29, stating that he was not in the office then.
Other disappointing experiences were a lack of Wi-Fi for hours periodically during my stay, & on 2025.12.27, my key card did not unlock my room's door despite me using it before the check out time. A staff gave me another key card, but it couldn't unlock my room's door too. After repeated back & forth trips to the room & the front desk, a staff was sent to the room. Despite the situation’s urgency, she walked slowly to the door. She realized the door's lock was out of battery. She then called someone to change the battery. By the time someone else changed the door lock's battery, that significantly delayed & disrupted my travel plans.
The lack of hot water, poor communication from the staff, & aforementioned situations caused lots of inconvenience to my family & me.
Travis was so kindly when we came late and very friendly
