Adequate. The outstanding staff made up for the overaged fittings

The front desk and breakfast staff were outstanding and very helpful.

All of the furniture in the rooms and lobby area were outdated and should be replaced.

Good breakfast
Pros:

The location was great and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not accommodating when we requested two extra towels. The bed was incredibly squeaky and so every time someone got up it woke up everyone in the room. The room did not cool down even though the air conditioning ran all night long.

Cons:

There was no table and only one chair for two people in the room! Also, the chair was very dirty! same as the unclean and uncomfortable chairs at the breakfast room.

It was a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The room was comfortable and quiet in a great location.

Cons:

There was unwrapped soap in the shower/ tub area.

The checking in process was delayed due to some person in front of the queue taking up all the time despite the front desk mentioning that there is no room available. Checking process for the customer ls who already paid could be automated

Adequate, but it definitely needs a facelift
Pros:

Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was pretty rundown which I would have expected better quality with the Hilton name. The hotel needs a lot of updating. The seats of the chairs in the lobby were dirty. The room definitely needed updating and the bed’s didn’t look very tidy when we walked in.
