Personal y atención un 10! pero había cucarachas!
Pros:

La atención del personal es un 10, pero lamentable las instalaciones son muy antiguas y lo peor de todo había cucarachas! Nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación pero aún así no estábamos cómodas. Nos resolvieron al cambiarnos de habitación y nos hicieron la devolución de la noche que no dormimos allí así que se portaron bien. Pero la relación calidad precio no la veo tan adecuada.

Generally good. Well located in the heart of the city, not too far from the train station.
Pros:

I had the superior room with kitchenette on the 10th floor. This was nice.

Cons:

Then I left for Colon and returned and got the 9th floor. This did not have a smart TV and that was a problem. No guest were allowed in the rooms. very strange

Generally quite good if you in a suite room with a smart TV. Well located, spacious and clean.
Pros:

Ver well located in the heart of the city and near the train station. Staff friendly and attentive. Kept my luggage whne I went to Colon.

Cons:

Breakfast need more variety. No visitors allowed in the rooms. Very strange.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La habitación que nos proporcionaron fue excelente. El servicio del desayuno por parte de la señora dominicana que atiende la cocina (doña Adriana y doña Hilda) lo hacen sentir a uno en casa.
