Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.
En la zona encuentras de todo, mall al lado y restaurantes cercas. El hotel tiene bonita su fachada, Lobby en el 5 piso. Buen desayuno. Las habitaciones súper grandes y cómodas. Las camas son deliciosas de muy buena lencería. Y el baño grande y cómodo.

Cons:

La piscina es espantosa. Es cubierta, de pésimos acabados y se ve vieja, necesita remodelación. Horrible.

Enjoyable stay for our family in Panama City with lovely city views.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location and nearby to the mall and short rides to restaurants and other attractions. Amenities such as dining room food, gym, happy hour, and the pool felt very accessible throughout our stay. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with many options available everyday. Rooms were sizable and we appreciated the ample storage shelves and closet space. Views from the room window were enjoyable, even a peak of the ocean! Sound control was very good and we never heard other guests or had disruption at night from traffic below (from floor 19). The hotel was reasonably clean and friendly service from staff was excellent and probably the best part of the stay.

Cons:

A factor for us was the open frosted glass shower “window” that was exposed to the rest of the room. Not completely see through but uncomfortable enough for our teenage son who wants privacy to need us to leave the whole room in order for him to shower, and vice versa. Not a problem if you are just traveling with a partner but for our family created a complication for the comfort of our stay. Smaller issues were discovering that our fridge had an open hole and would not keep food at a safe temperature and the phone would not work to dial the front desk. We just opted to go downstairs when we needed something. We would look forward to the neighboring food hall and perhaps the hotel restaurant space being back in service if we return one day.

El personal de recepción y del restaurante siempre atento y listo a ayudar muy calidos y colaboradores igual q todo el personal de limpieza y del parqueadero , el gimnasio muy bien dotado y los ascensores funcionando, facil cheking y en el cuarto el detalle de agua embotellada y cafe expres

El hotel ya tiene sus años pero se mantiene , dar mas opciones gluten free en el menu y al desayuno
