Fabulous hotel with amazing views from the room throughout the day. Breakfast was lovely - lots of options available. Big shout out to Getty, the lovely waitress who helped me with freezing my medication and the lovely guy who made omelettes. The gym was open 24/7 and had everything I needed. Would come back again - great location, great hotel.

We had an amazing experience at the Golden Tower - highly recommend! It was enhanced by the friendly and charming staff. Especially Gretty from the restaurant. Gretty went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She became a great amiga and is one of the main reason we can’t wait to go back!
The hotel was nice, clean, well-maintained, and overall awesome! I was a little hesitant about booking it because of the price, but it definitely exceeded my expectations.
The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water provided each day. The amenities were great—I really enjoyed the terrace with its awesome view of the city, as well as the pool, restaurant, and bar.
The only minor issue was that there was no poolside service, so I had to leave the pool and go to another floor to order drinks. There is also a gift shop, which was convenient for picking up souvenirs.
The staff were pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. And the breakfast buffet was a solid 💯! It was more like a brunch buffet, with a great variety of options.
The hotel's proximity to malls and restaurants was also ideal, making it very convenient for my family.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again!

A descrição do quarto não corresponde a realidade. As 02 camas de casal são de tamanho padrão (1,40 de largura), não eram "camas de casal largas". O hotel após de se fazer de desentendido, solucionou o problema colocando uma cama extra no quarto. Entretanto precisam fazer a correção junto ao booking. Serviço de café da manha bem desorganizado. Restaurante do hotel muito ruim. Informaram que um dos pratos que havíamos pedido não estava disponivel apenas quando estavam trazendo os demais, ie, quase 20 minutos após o pedido. Lamentável! Não espere um hotel cinco estrelas.
