Property had a great location. Spacious rooms and very nice staff. Also had late check out.
There was an issue with our shower and the maintenance man never came back to fix it after saying he would.

We booked this hotel two months in advance for our vacation, expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, just three hours before our arrival, we received a call informing us that they could not provide us with a room due to “unforeseen circumstances.” This last-minute cancellation was extremely stressful and completely unacceptable.
While the hotel did arrange an alternative stay for us, the replacement hotel was far from the area we specifically chose, which significantly disrupted our plans and overall experience. The location was one of the main reasons we booked here in the first place, so this change was a major inconvenience.
This situation showed a serious lack of organization and consideration for guests. After planning ahead and trusting this hotel with our reservation, being left scrambling at the last minute was incredibly disappointing.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will not be booking here again.
The hotel canceled our booking 3 hours before arrival. They managed the situation very badly. Never even think about to book that establishment again. They not even offered any compensation.
Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks
Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, reine Glasscheiben. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht steuern und ist eiskalt. Auch die Angestellten konnten das Problem nicht lösen.
Die Lage ist nicht gut. Direkt an einer extrem laut und befahrenen über mehrere Ebenen gehenden Straße. Nicht sicher dort nachts alleine rumzulaufen, Fortbewegung nur mit dem Uber möglich.
Frühstücksbereich draußen geschlossen, man muss im extrem eiskalt gekühlten Innenbereich essen.
Toilette im Zimmer hat gestunken und die Tür war nach oben offen.
Honestly, very little. The only positive mention goes to the female receptionist on the second day, who was the only person professional enough to actually apologize for the series of failures we experienced.
The entire stay was a chaotic disaster. After a 16-hour flight, we arrived only to be told there was no room for us due to overbooking, despite having confirmed our arrival time in advance. They claimed to have sent a message about this, but we received nothing via Booking, email, or WhatsApp.
They moved us to the Riu Hotel for the first night. To be fair, the Riu was far superior—cleaner, with much better breakfast and professional staff. Our biggest mistake was actually coming back to Las Americas. They promised a taxi for 10:00 AM which never showed up (we had to call an Uber), and then they made us wait until 2:00 PM for our room despite promising it would be ready by 11:00 AM.
To make matters worse, the pool area was filthy, full of hair and dust. The level of cleanliness and service is nowhere near what it should be. We deeply regretted not staying at the other hotel.
Del hotel que me asignaron debo mencionar que la atención de las personas fue muy buena y el desayuno era muy variado.
1. El hotel Las Américas Golden cambio mi reserva de la habitación para un hotel vecino sin mencionarmelo antes , que si puntuamos por su arquitectura moderna y limpieza está waoo.
2. Lo más molesto es que yo había reservado en el Hotel Golden una habitación doble cama Queen para mi, mi esposo y mis 2 hijos. En el hotel donde nos alojaron nos dieron una habitación "familiar" 1 cama Queen y 1 sofá cama 3/4 . Mi esposo venía de un vuelo de 22 horas con deseos de tener un buen descanso y debimos dormir 3 en la misma cama haciendo que el descanso no fuese placentero.
3. Mi mayor molestia es que anteriormente me he hospedado 2 noches e incluso 3 noches en Golden, no soy un nuevo cliente y aun así a ellos no les molestó vender mi reservación y no asegurarse de que recibiría lo mismo en el otro hotel.
