All the staff we encountered with our very limited Spanish, were very courteous, accommodating and helpful.
High level of customer service.
Our room 2508 was comfortable, had an amazing unobstructed view of the city...because of the hotel shape, all the rooms have amazing city views,.our room was in the middle of the curve. .The rooms on the left of the curve are much bigger. We originally had 2402 it was slightly large than 2508
Very comfortable beds and pillows with fresh, clean and crisp linen.
Breakfast was consistently very good with variety of choices daily.
Easy short walk to shopping, places to eat and water front to watch the sunset

Arrived and room was dusty..allergies went crazy. We were immediately relocated to another room. And they made sure I was comfortable.
90% of the bath towels we received were very well worn and dingy and one with frayed edges. When we changed our bath towels mid week, they had stains, one appeared to have what looked like blood.
The hand towels and face cloths were newer and fine. Only one face cloth was initially provided and there were two of us but we asked and it was rectified.
One of the bathrobes provided had what appeared to be makeup around the collar.
We had to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper to be replaced.
The room was cold and the sheets were tucked in so tightly at the bottom it was hard to turn or pull them up to your shoulders.
Our room only had one arm chair but I believe if we had asked for another, they would have provided it.
Except for the towels, these are picky minor personal dislikes

Мы не довольны вашим отелем, кофейные капсулы в первый день не было , надо было просить , чтобы принесли и их не принесли. Сегодня не смогли нормально позавтракать , так как еды просто не было. Огромная очередь за омлетами, горячей еды не было. Все съеденное . Столик для завтрака нужно ждать

Food is not diverse especially for me that is from Jamaica.... shower glass was not cleaned properly and upon requesting it they still did not clean it properly... more young female workers needed especially at bar areas ... hotel need to be more young people friendly
Spacious rooms
Breakfast was a disaster, long queues, tables with dirty plates not cleared. Disappointing selection. Long wait for coffee refill. Went to b fast one day..didn't bother the next.
Swimming pool chlorine was very high and water cloudy, not enough pool beds
Checkin was poor, poor directions to checking and long waits. Staff didn't seem to understand good customer service.
No mini bar, empty fridge. Basic flooring and dated decor.
