Comfortable at bed time but a nightmare for the rest.
Pros:

The space, the bedrooms and that it have a small kind of museum inside.

Cons:

The food and customer service is awful. Everything was cold and they took more than one hour to bring the food and they bringing llama together (entrance, main dishes and drinks). The receptionists were rude and not a good communicator.

Desde que llegas encuentras un ambiente agradable, el servicio fue maravilloso, la cercanía con supermercados, discoteca, bar , restaurante, hasta billar, el parqueadero muy seguro. La limpieza 10 👌🏻 El precio me pareció justo para el servicio la ubicación y lo que ofrece el hotel. Volveré y super recomendado

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena y tener un supermercado de buena calidad tan cerca es un plus. La capilla nos encantó. El desayuno sencillo pero bueno. La atención y la calidad de los alimentos es muy buena. Como era día de semana la piscina estaba solo para mi. Mi idea era descansar y lo logre.

Cons:

Revisar y preparar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas. Nosotros éramos 3 y faltaba una toalla y una botella de agua, la mesa y la silla afuera estaba sucia y parecía que la habitación estuvo cerrada por algunos días. No logré regular la temperatura del agua en la ducha.

Pros:

Ubicación, restaurante y buena atención.

Cons:

TV no se ve bien en los cuartos, lava mano del baño del cuarto que demoraba en bajar el agua, nevera con sonido fuerte y trabajos con taladro el día sábado.

Excelente ubicación muy bonito. Me encantó que sea pet friendly

Cons:

Creo que podrían mejorar los tiempos del servicio de comida. Al tener que desplazarse desde la terraza hasta la cocina hace demorado el servicio.

Enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again when we are in the Chitre area.
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and all of the employees we interacted with were very friendly, especially the bartender, Angelo. He provided great customer service and we had a good, quick chat with him the following day. He also makes great drinks. We arrived about an hour before check-in, and they were able to accommodate us. Check in was very easy and quick. We loved the location and the property itself.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
