Great friendly staff really made my stay easy to navigate!
Pros:

Was there with my service dog and the staff was helpful over and over again- from allowing my pre requested late check out to providing me late shuttle back from the casino after my event. We will definitely be seeing you again!

Great hotel attached to casino
Pros:

This hotel is great for the stay that we had when going to the casino. The room is nice and spacious. Each room comes with a fridge and microwave. They have a small pool and a small fitness room as well. The breakfast in the morning? Eh? not the quality that it was a few years ago. They do have eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, bagels and toast. If you have time, go to the casino and have brunch at the Sportsbook. It is much much better. Overhall, this is a nice Hyatt with friendly helpful staff.

Great Time Spent at a Great Hotel
Pros:

Amazing Hotel from the beautiful Lobby, Breakfast Area, Parlay Lounge, walkway to the Hollywood Casino and the Beautiful Spacious Room. All the staff were friendly and always smiling.
