Excellent Stay - Great Location - Friendly Staff
Pros:

I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp regarding my early morning (3 a.m.) arrival, and they were very responsive. Check-in was quick and seamless. The young man at the front desk was warm and welcoming, personally showing me to my room and assisting with my luggage.

The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Throughout my stay, all staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything Istanbul has to offer. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. It is easy to see why it receives such great reviews.

I had a nice stay and it was really valuable for the price.
Pros:

The staffs are really nice and kind. The room was clean. The location is in the center of the city.

Poor - misleading photos for the ground floor apartment

It's location

Cons:

The ground floor apartment and description are misleading. The 3rd bedroom is actually a corridor that leads to a bathroom, so you have to walk through the so called 3rd bedroom to get access to the bathroom. Photos make it look bigger than it actually is. Similarly, with the lounge, the lounge is tiny with hardly any space to walk. The so called 'sofa bed' in the lounge is 2 boxes with a thin mattress (if you can call it that) on top and not even long enough for a person to lie on.

The bathroom door has no lock. The other toilet has a loose tap.

The pictures are taken at clever angles to make the facilities look bigger than they are.

I checked out after only a few hours.

Staff is incredible, location is perfect and room was awesome for the price!!
Pros:

We stayed for the night and the room was great for our high expectations. The main 2 things that stood out for us were the staff and the location. It feels extremely safe and the staff was actually incredibly hospitable and went over and beyond to take care of us.

Είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Ταξιμ και με κοντινή στάση σε μέσα μεταφοράς.

Cons:

Μείναμε στο τρίκλινο δωμάτιο σε σοφίτα και έμπαινε αρκετό φως το πρωί και ζέστη. Στο ένα παράθυρο δεν υπήρχε καθολου κουρτίνα. Κατά τα άλλα όλα ήταν τέλεια.
