Nettes Personal, Frühstück katastrophe
Pros:

Zimmer war sehr schön und hell, sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Update bekommen mit Seeblick. Personal sehr nett und zuvor kommend.

Cons:

Der Duft war Anfangs sehr künstlich. Zuviel Raumduft verwendet. Was aber wirklich schlecht war, war das Frühstücksbuffet. Keine Hafer-oder andere Milchersatzvarianten, Keinerlei Gemüse, Kein Lachs, wenige Auswahl an Fleisch und Käse. Wenig Müslivarianten. Billige Marmelade, wenig Obst. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel einfach sehr schlecht. War sehr enttäuscht. Mit Abstand das schlechteste Frühstück was ich in einem 4 Sterne Hotel je bekommen habe.

Hotel in toller Lage, aber schon etwas in die Jagre gekommen
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See, Bhf in der Nähe und damit gute Anbindung nach Luzern; wir hatten ein Upgrade des Zimmerns und damit Blick auf den See

Cons:

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen; Frühstück etwas lieblos angerichtet und Personal im Restaurant schien auch nicht so motiviert

Ich entscheide mich für ein anderes Haus.
Cons:

So etwas haben wir in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hat das Servicepersonal kein einziges Wort mit uns gesprochen. Kein „Guten Morgen“, kein „Kann ich Ihnen etwas bringen?“, kein „Ist alles in Ordnung?“. Ein derart desinteressierter und unpersönlicher Service hat mit Gastfreundschaft nichts zu tun.
Frühstück: Auswahl und Qualität sind deutlich ausbaufähig.
Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Für uns war das ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Angenehme grosse Zimmer, modernes Bad. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Tolle Lage am See.

Cons:

Aussicht vom Balkon im 1.Stock war etwas enttäuschend, da man direkt über einem grossen Vordach ist, welches die Seesicht teilweise verdeckt.

Personal Top!!! Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Zimmer besten von Personal gepflegt .
Pros:

Frühstück für 4 Sterne erbärmlich. Butter, Joghurt Und Marmeladen aus portinspackungen ungekühlt.
Bei 25 Grad Auswahl jeden Tag das selbe wie in einer Pension.

Cons:

Frühstück , Ausstattung im Gästebereich teilweise sehr abgenützt .
