Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, der Chef selbst kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um seine Gäste. Umfangreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet, das Frühstück kann man auf der tollen Seeterrasse genießen. Unser Zimmer mit Bergblick war groß, mit großem Balkon und Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen

Pros:

The hotel is beautifully situated. The front desk staff (except one) were really helpful. Most staff are very obliging.

Cons:

There is no porter service or help with luggage. This was such a disappointment. For a professed 4 Star hotel that is really surprising and incredibly disappointing.
Breakfast is basic. If you get there after 9am you have to ask staff to replenish food otherwise they wont automatically do it.
One afternoon I asked one staff member for plates because we were tired and wanted to eat in our rooms, to which she replied “you are not allowed to eat in the room” ?????
Mind you the hotel advertises room service so i don’t even know how that is possible.

There is No kettle in the room. If you want a cup of tea or coffee you have to go to reception . This is neither convenient nor fun if you feel like a cup late at night or early morning.
On second day of our stay the room was serviced by just changing the towels and making the bed. There were Dirty dishes and glasses which were neither cleaned nor removed from the room.
The sheets are old and have cotton balls on them. there is Only one pillow per person. The towels were old and one mat towel we got was badly frayed.

Tolle Lage. Gemütliche Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Upgrade erhalten. Ein sehr tolles Studio mit Aussicht direkt zum See. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Morgenbuffet sehr fein.

Vue, espace, proximité de l’autoroute (étape), au bord du lac , gentillesse du personnel

J’ai moyennement aimé le restaurant

We vonden de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding redelijk.
In de suite is de airco niet voldoende voor het grote bed. Alleen de slaapbank had het koel.
