Pros:

I likes the pool and spacious room

Cons:

our key card to get in our room would not work everytime we left the room we had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. The tv remote didnt work had to call the front office every time we wanted to watch tv. You can really hear the people up stairs we were down stairs. They dont have locks on the doors going out the hotel or u dont need a key card to get in the hotel wich means anyone thats not staying there can just walk in from the side doors not very safe

It was OK for an overnight stay, and having Safeway and Fred Meyer within walking distance was a plus.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and attentive. The view from the room and the public deck over the water was nice.

Cons:

The rooms could use some updating. The bed was too soft, worn out and could use replacement. No card reader on outer doors makes it less secure, and the outer door to the parking lot had a really stiff spring and required a lot of force to open. May be an issue for someone who has physical limitations.

Pros:

Great location next to grocery stores, restaurants, and the water. The room was clean and the pool was too. The room had a view of the water.

Cons:

We arrived at 4:30 to check in, but our room wasn't ready yet. We went shopping and returned at 5:15, but the room still wasn't ready.

Awesome location, spacious rooms, key cards left a lot to be desired
Pros:

Awesome location, huge rooms that felt extremely open. Friendly staff, maybe a little understaffed at the front desk

Cons:

The key cards did not work well and we were at the entire other end of the building so when we’d get to the room I had to walk all the way to the front desk which usually had a line of people so I had to wait 10-15 minutes just to get my card fixed. It seemed like it was an issue for the staff too.

Pros:

Room was clean. The pool was nice and well maintained with towels to use. Enjoyed the river view.

Cons:

AC/heater required constant round the clock management. Heat never turned off once on no matter the setting. AC didn't cool well so only had fan mode. Didn't like that the huge sink left no counter space, and the faucet barely poured past the edge of the sink. Would rather the sink and mirror be in the same room as the shower and toilet, and for the bathroom door to have a lock!

The price was right and the staff was great, but I probably wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

Looked down from balcony to see that the supporting post of balcony had structural damage and/or wood rot.
No hooks (not even on the back of door) or shelving in where shower/toilet are to hang clothing or to retrieve towels ect.
