Will not stay there ever again.
Pros:

Back patio was cool with the water and room size but that’s it

Cons:

The ac didn’t work, told staff and they said open the slider door, which I couldn’t cause my 18month old kid could fall off the second story balcony and die. So hot and muggy in there left early with no refund.

Lovely, comfortable stay on the river!
Pros:

We stayed on Level 2. Comfy bed, nice room with high ceilings, balcony overlooking river. Limited amenities in the room, but this didn’t bother us, as there was a good machine for coffee, hot choc & boiling water in the lobby, as well as filtered water. The staff kindly gave us a little bag of snacks to celebrate our honeymoon.

Cons:

Alarm in our room went off at 6am - likely due to a prior guest setting it? Annoying but not a big deal.

Fantastic room and Comfy bed
Pros:

The room was excellent! We were upstairs on the 2nd floor and therefore we had vaulted ceilings which really made the room
Seem even larger. We had a king's size bed. A nice sofa, large T.V. A very comfortable desk, chair and a balcony with two chairs and a small table. The bathroom had a timing fan system, which was nice. And the shower was large, with a rain type. Square, shower head that we both really liked. Temperature of hot and cold we're perfect.. the air conditioning and heat system worked very well. But it was an older model. It seemed and was a little too loud. Best of all. The king size bed was very, very comfortable, which is unusual for my hotel stays. Be sure to bring your own pillows. There is a Safeway grocery store and a Fred Meyer store right by the Inn

We had a view on the backside of the canal and the birds. It was very peaceful.

Cons:

Noisy AC/heater. I think the price is a little high for a place that does not offer a regular breakfast. There was nothing continental about the continental breakfast. There was only coffee that we could see. The hot tub was not operational.
Nor was one of the treadmills.
The sliding glass door had a double locking system. One of which requires you to get down on the floor and turn a couple screws to remove the lock, then the door also did not slide well at all. It needs to be lubricated on the track below.

The Coffee Bar & machine were incredible. Stay was pleasant, be sure you don’t miss the boardwalk!

Surprisingly nice!
Pros:

This hotel surprised me with how clean it was. We just stayed one night, but I would have stayed longer if we had been staying in the area. We did not have a river view, but it was still a very comfortable room.

Cons:

I think it's a bit pricey and they don't provide breakfast.
