Nice facility for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The rooms and lobby are clean and updated.
The workout room had an assortment of functional machines.

Cons:

We were directed to the wrong room to start. Once we saw that we were in a parking lot view room we asked to change to a river view room since the Inn was basically empty (we could tell from the lack of cars in the parking lot). We were told no, but we pressed a bit and were able to upgrade our room. We were put in the only room that had people in the room above. It would have been easy to put us in any other room. The staff could be trained additionally in customer service.

Okay but not great
Pros:

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was meh, seemed like they were put out when we arrived and wanted to check in..we had booked for 2 nights but our plans changed. We were notified that we had to pay a $25.00 cancellation charge which was understandable and we did not have an issue but the front desk staff was yet again annoyed and unfriendly.
Would not stay here again.

Cons:

Coffee in the lobby was awful.

Pros:

This place is labeled as a motel, but we just finished a 2 week vacation with stays at multiple hotels and this was our favorite.

Cons:

Nothing! This place was perfect.

Look for better options.
Pros:

Our room was ready when we arrived half hour before check-in. This was truly appreciated after driving for 11 hours.
I liked that it was walking distance to Fred Meyers and Safeway.
I appreciated the young man that promptly gave us another room when the tub/shower didn’t drain.

Cons:

The first room wasn’t clean and the bathtub/shower wouldn’t drain.
The General manager needs an attitude adjustment or a different job. She was very rude and condescending when I checked out. I would not recommend or stay here again because of her!

The staff are always friendly, our check in staff a young man with red hair was very helpful & kind. Our room was excellent and clean, the location is great too.
